I love these boots. I was able to put them on for the first time and walk around Chicago all day with no problems! I do have to wear thicker socks to keep my feet from sliding on the footbed, but otherwise they’re great!

I found that the boots were a half size large. No problems with rubbing when I wear socks with tights. These boots go with dresses or jeans. With 13.5 inch calves and skinny ankles, the boots do not cling. They stay straight instead of bunching due to the sturdiness of the leather. There is a smell to the leather, I think due to the weather treatment. The smell is not overpowering and I think will fade with time.I'm giving 4 stars due to the smell.
