Flattering cut

These are my favorite underpants - but the shipping was a nightmare; the first order never arrived and I was given no help from customer service; I believe the shipper is responsible for making sure the item arrives. When it finally came, it had (literally) been run under a truck - the items were torn and covered with engine grease. I sent photos and was finally able to get a replacement item. I didn't have any issues with my first order or my third, but this left me wary.
