Not as durable as you'd hope. Our son has been wearing these a couple of times a week since September and the top shoelace eye-holes are almost completely ripped open from the shoelaces cutting through. They should have been reinforced but are just simple cut holes in the leather. The leather does still look nice and we like that it can take a lot of scuffs, but the tread has worn more than other Hush Puppies. We will go back to the Velcro strap Hush Puppies.

My son has worn these as school shoes for the past 6 months and the quality is very poor. Leather is already peeling and cracking.
Not good for everyday wear.

Very small. My son wears big kids 6.5W in other brands and I thought 7W would be good for him to grow into over the next several months. This 7W was more like a 5 regular. He could not even get his foot into a shoe
