Pretty disappointed in this purse. The design was nice and appeared to have all of the features I was looking for. Sadly, the materials are not high quality. The leather feels stiff and cheap, interior is a rough feeling material and strap is entirely too thin for a crossbody. Zappos and Fossil- Please bring back quality purses and shoes that your loyal customers have come to know.
