These seem to run really big. I measured my son's feet at 4.5 inches which is supposed to be a size 4 but these are probably a full size too big. I'm keeping them because I think they look great and I know his feet will keep growing. One thing I didn't really like is that the shoes came in a generic plastic bag instead of a box, which I imagine is because they were returned by someone who had already thrown away the box. I understand that part of the appeal of Zappos is their return policy but I wish they had notified me ahead of time that my purchase would be of shoes without the box.

So.... my almost one year old typically requires 18-24 mo shoes, and the 6 was giant. I'd go by the numerical size (he's a 4 or 5), not the month listed. Cute shoes, though.
