As others have mentioned the heel slips when I walk. I'm going to try some inserts to see if that helps.

Very beautiful and stylish casual boots. My only issue is they are a bit tight in the toe so I had to order 1/2 size up. I also order in wide size, as an FYI.

I ordered an 8W and first of all the shoes were too long for my feet. I'm glad I ordered W for my toes and metatarsal bones which worked ok for that part of the foot but the heel/ankle was extremely wide. I considered ordering a 1/2 size down but I didn't find them so comfortable that I wanted to experiment further. Almost . . .

Tight in the foot even tho it was a Wide. I ordered a larger size than I normally wear thinking it would fit. It doesn't, and just walking around the house it was rubbing blisters on my foot. Just did not fit right at all.

Overall a comfy slip-on bootie for running quick errands or going out to dinner. Would not wear for extended periods of walking. I had to use my Birkenstock 3/4 insole because I like more support than what this shoe has.

I liked the look of the boot but it definitely was not a wide width. I don’t know if it was marked incorrectly or just a poor approximation at a wide cut, but I actually couldn’t even get my feet in them.

Although the shoes fit and I do like them, they were previously worn by someone. I guess I don't appreciate getting shoes that have been returned by someone who had obviously worn them more that a handful of times, and you then sort of cleaned them up and then sold again. For that reason, I probably will not be buying from Zappos again.

High instep and coulld not get them on

I was not able to find out about the fit. My instep was too high to even slip these on to my foot.

I was so hoping that the width would be okay in these super-cute booties. Not so. I have a bunion on my left foot, and it didn't even come close to fitting. The length was good, just the width. And my heel slipped and rubbed when I walked. Not a good choice for me at all. Sent 'em back. The same size in Arcopedico fits like it was custom made for me.

I really wanted to get this model from Dr. Scholl's, but was quite disappointed that the item received was different from the pictures (the perforated pattern is different, as is the color). Also, other reviewers are correct when they say these shoes are not true to size. I'm usually a size 8M (I fit comfortably, sometimes I can even get into a size 7 1/5) but these shoes are hard for me to put on (I need a shoehorn to do so) even when I have been wearing them for some time and I would have hoped they were already broken. However, the pair received is still very cute, so I kept it.

This boot ran very small. I ordered an 8.5 and it was more like a size 7.

I wanted to love these boots... and they felt pretty comfortable once I got them on my feet (if not the tiniest bit snug), but the tug of war I battled to get them there isn't worth the effort. I need something that's a bit easier to put on, and these are not it.

I'm often between sizes and widths (7 and 7 1/2, and M & W), so these happened to be too roomy. They slipped off as I walked across the rug. They're a beautiful style and color, and very soft. I wish they fit.

Loved the looks of this shoe and really wanted it to work for me. Someone posted they put their orthotics in even though the description said insole not removable. I was hoping otherwise. My custom made orthotics would not go in the boot. Had to return.

Not very comfortable--the heel was very hard and felt like walking/standing all day wouldn't work out too well, so I am returning.

I wanted to like these boots but did not fit right. The toe depth was too shallow. Also, the right boot fit much looser than the left. The left was tight.

Unfortunately, I had to return these boots because they were too large. They slipped around on my feet due to the openness of the sides. The quality looked good, though.

The fit and comfort were great but I bought two pairs and had both for less than a year and the heels started to crumble.

These were great...right up to the insert (which is glued in) ripped and shredded...a lot. I am so surprised! You would think the insert would easily come out given it is dr. scholl’s and you would think the insert would hold up. So annoying! Because the comfort has been great!
