i got this backpack at the beginning of my 8th grade year which was in the fall of 2017. now i am starting my sophomore year and unfortunately it's now falling apart. the zipper for the laptop sleeve fell off at the end of my freshman year and can't be fixed, and the bottom is wearing out. that really is the only problem i have with it. it does fit quite a bit and i don't have storage issues. if you want to fit your lunch i recommend getting the XL campus backpack. if they made it with better material and not fabric guarantee it would last along time. so the average time you get out of this backpack is about 2 years. if you want a backpack that's going to last for a while buy north face jester backpack.

This backpack is even prettier in real life! It carries everything I need for school and has extra space for snacks and other little things to get me through the school day.

This is a very high quality bag that hold up really well. It should last for a long time!

I like the size of the bag and the different pockets it has on the inside and outside. The sleeve on the back of the back to fit over the luggage handle is an added bonus. The straps are adjustable and padded so it sits comfortably on your shoulders not matter how much weight is in the bag.

Love this bag for work, it's way more comfortable then the one shouldered bag I was using previously. The leather tag on one of the main compartment zippers broke on first use though, which is a bummer.

I love the backpack it's stylish and i can easily keep it organized. But the size is a little to small for all of my books. But I will still continue to by Vera Bradley.

I love this backpack, it is fun and comfortable at the same time. it has alot of compartments and is great not only for school, work but also for play. I used it for traveling and keep everything organized.

Make sure you have your own cover for your laptop, other than that I love the colors and how spacious it is. Had my other one for 2 years and it started to rip up a big but it still works. Just needed a change ??

This is very well designed - I loved the side zipper that makes it SO much easier to get the laptop into its pocket. Other pockets are very well organized and THOUGHTFUL, and the solid exterior fabric is classy (not sure that's true for the splashier patterns). I'm returning it reluctantly because: (1) I didn't like the lining fabric, and thought it would drive me nuts to see it 10X/day for the rest of my life. Also, the lining pattern was so busy I think it would be hard to locate things in the jumble that always accumulates in my backpack. (2) The backpack seemed a bit high on my shoulders, though it seemed comfy enough.

I wish there was a trapper keeper type item to organize smaller items in the big pouch.

Love the backpack but not the best quality. I received it in late August and by mid October the top handle was starting to come off. I am kind of disappointed because everything else i've gotten from Vera Bradley has been great.

My daughter likes to travel, so this will come in very handy for her. It is also very pretty and should be easy to take on a plane.

I purchased this bag to replace my older, well-worn VB laptop backpack. I travel for work and needed a bag that is most of the time for one-day trips but sometimes overnight and flights where I need it to serve as more of a carry-on. Overall, I love this bag! My work laptop is 15 and the laptop compartment has more than enough room. The main compartment is really roomy, more than my old bag. The front pockets are styled a bit differently but that's just me adjusting to storing my small items a little differently than I did before. My only complaint about this bag is the zipper for the very front pocket. The rest of the zippers are small black ones that glide easily. The front one is silver and isn't attractive, and it doesn't slide smoothly. I'm not sure what the thinking was on putting a different zipper on this pocket.

I use this backpack everyday for school. I purchased this in mid August and now my top handle is ripped. Love everything else but that's kind of a bummer.

This is a perfect backpack. Large enough for everything you need with room to spare. Could even use it as a weekend travel pack.

Bought this backpack for my granddaughter for school. She absolutely loves it. It is very colorful and serves her need quite well. Would have given it five stars if not for the loose zipper pulls. It was disappointing that three of the zipper pulls kept falling off in her hand. She had actually lost one of them the very first day before we realized this was an issue. We tightened the remaining ones so everything is ok now. Shame though that the main pull is missing on a brand new bag. Other than that, it is a great bookbag that seems to be holding up well considering the weight of the books she carries on a daily basis.

This backpack is so comfortable and unlike other backpacks this one you can't feel your books through it's just comfort!

Beautiful fabric in all sorts of stunning and colorful patterns! Great statement maker on a rainy day. I would completely recommend this to anyone willing to pay the price, although I would definitely hold out for a sale. Plenty of room, and tons of compartments for all your belongings, my only issue is the durability of the fabric. I'm not quite sure how long mine will hold out due to all the daily traveling involved. The bottom and laptop compartment is only protected by a thin layer of quilted fabric. I would hate to drop any electronic devices, while in my bag.

I was suppose to get $10 added back into account and called twice about it. I was told it would be put back into account after it was shipped. We have had the back pack for about 10 days and still haven't been reimbursed for the $10

My daughter loves the backpack, but we were disappointed that the monogram was not as big and bold as it appeared when we ordered, it's not prominent enough.

My teenage granddaughter loved it

The backpack is great but the laptop compartment doesn't have enough padding. If I accidentally or otherwise drop my backpack the chances of my laptops life isn't high.

Wish it had more colors to chose from and it gets dirty easily if your not careful where u place it
