Great for school backpack

I bought it for my daughter to use at school.

My niece loved it for school.

This is the perfect size backpack. It’s not big and bulky but has lots of room. Perfect for my hs sophomore!

I use this bag for school and I love it because it's so cute and it's big enough for everything and has 2 water bottle holders!!

i use this as my school bookbag

So far I love this bag! I had the Lighten Up Just Right backpack before this which they discontinued, and i was worried about this one being too large or too heavy due to all the pockets and things it can carry, but it works great! For me personally, I use the laptop compartment in the back to put my folders in for school, and my laptop goes in the middle because I have a small 12 inch laptop, and the rest of my things go in the middle pocket as well. The mesh pockets are sometimes difficult because it means something tall can't lay flat against the back, if whatever is in the mesh pocket sticks out to much but it hasn't been much of a problem. The biggest upset with this bag so far was that the vera bradley logo on the lower front, the personalization at the top front of the bag and the ear bud ring don't all line up with one another, but it isn't too noticable. There were some lose threads around the bag when it arrived however, which can be concerning. Also when walking around campus, since its hot in florida sometimes the back and the straps will get a little gross and sweaty, and I am concerned about the long term affect of this, but the bag has always dried perfectly fine after a short while indoors. Overall I love this bag, the color is gorgeous and the fabric is nice and soft. The pockets are all very useful and well optimized and I'm looking forward to using this bag for the next year or two!

I bought this for my granddaughter who is starting high school and she loved it. She loved that it would everything that she needed but was lighter to carry than the book bags that she has had in the past.

I bought this for my daughter for 7th grade. She and I both love it, but I do wish it had another type of durable material across the bottom. We all know kids and the bottom of that backpack will be everywhere!!

I received this as a gift for school and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great backpack! It is beautiful but functional; large enough to fit multiple textbooks plus a laptop, and the wide straps make it not so bad to carry around all day. There are lots of pockets which made organization easy. My only concern with this backpack was the durability of the bottom. After over two years of daily use and traveling (made easy with the trolley sleeve), the fabric began to deteriorate; however this is to be expected considering most cheaper backpacks break after just one school year. I am purchasing another one because I loved my old one so much!
