Great bag. Holds lots of things and doesn't kill my shoulder. The weight seems to be lower down and the wide straps help too! I will buy another as I love this bag!

I purchased this zip ID to replace an old one I had received years and years ago as a gift! Briefly, I used a different style brand, it was stiff, too big, and the zipper broke shortly after use. Needless to say, I came running back to Vera Bradley as a very satisfied customer! I put my driver's license and a stack of cards and will never use another! This zip ID is perfect, the size, the design, the purpose!
