Satisfied with the backpack but not with the shipping method. I live less than 2 miles from the Post Office. UPS delivered to the Post Office. Post Office held the package for more than 4 days. Why can't UPS just deliver straight to my address? The backpack was 3 days late for my daughter's birthday.

This is the perfect size for all my things. I use it for work so its helpful I can carry just one bag instead of many. It can hold my 13in Mac book, with two notebooks and still zip. Many pockets in the side for pens, keys, chargers etc . Super roomy and if you're not a big bag/ purse person this is perfect size!

I bot this navy tote to match up wth th large travel bag-computer bag and large crossbody for a crosscountry trip wth my sistr in th spring. I loove the navy color and quality is topnotch, i prefer ty order directly from VB altho i did receive an erroneous embroidered print of a dog on a tote i once ordered. Also-th crossbody i purchased from th store i thk may hv been handled by too many people and had all kinds of threads hanging out. This bag a definite 5+

Love this bag so much. It feels so soft and it's cute on the inside and the outside. I love that it doesn't look too big or too small. There are tons of pockets and it zips up! Also it's resistant to dog hair
