These jeans are suppose to be slim fit. Nope ! They are baggy in the seat area. Other than that they are very nice jeans. Wrangler either fix the problem or quit advertising them as slim fit. I was told these jeans would shrink which they didn't after washing them 5 times. Not a happy camper.

I own a pair of Wrangler Slim Straight fit jeans and love them so much I've worn a hole in them. I bought these assuming they were dark blue with a bit of faux-aging. Turns out they were black w/ aging. That's on me. The fit, however, was anything but slim. I'm no "skinny jean" lover, but I expected the ankle opening to at least be smaller than the carpenter jeans I work in. The "slim straight" opening was so large it swallowed my shoes.

These are the best-fitting jeans I can find and the Amarillo color is a pretty sturdy fabric (although not as sturdy as 13MWZ fabric). I dislike that Wrangler has started using to tiny zipper tabs on their men's jeans. My previous order of 88MWZAM had man-size tabs but my latest batch has zipper tabs that aren't meant for farmer fingers. Frustrating when everything else about these jeans is so right.

I just received a pair of 35x36 in the GB Wash color, and the waist seems to be made of a stretchy elastic material. I'm quite disappointed because this wasn't advertised; these appeared to be jeans with a normal waist. I've ordered other Wrangler styles, and have never encountered this.

Been wearing these a couple weeks and love the fit but hate the back pocket. It is split into 2 pcs of fabric and it creates a ledge in the pocket that wallets get stuck on instead of easily sliding to the bottom of the pocket.

I use these jeans for work and play. I love how they fit and look. They are a very comfortable Jean. The cost for these are a little high for the quality you're getting. I own two pair of these and on both the back pockets have ripped at the corners making them unwearable. I have not owned these but just a few months. Also the belt loops kept breaking. I love these jeans just wish they were better quality.

I have really slim legs (chicken legs) so it's really hard for me to find a pair of jeans that fit snug but also represent who I am (country, not metro). At first i loved these jeans and got many compliments on them at work. But the inevitable happened.. for the 4th time!! The back pocket buttons keep ripping open, therefore making these jeans unwearable. This has happened numerous times now (between 6-18 months use) and it's so frustrating cause it's not like these jeans are cheap by any means. I just wish Wrangler would have better quality in there better looking jeans rather than just the cowboy cuts being bulletproof.

Love these pants for the first week or so...then they wear out. You cannot use and abuse these jeans, they just will not last at all. I've ordered in other colors and they have these gaudy lines going across the front/pocket area. Also sizes are not the same. I ordered my size and the jeans that showed up had the right numbers but two times they were 2" shorter than my current and 2" longer than my current jeans. No consistency at all. Wrangler has lost its quality/durability and consistency.

The legs are way too big. The original cowboy cut are the same. It's sad that y'all don't make the original fit how they did 30 years ago. Slim fit is not slim fit

I have worn the Retro Slim Straight jeans for a number of years because I love the style/fit. That said, I have had 3-4 pairs recently that developed thin spots by the rear pocket rivets and ultimately split down the seat of the jeans and had to be thrown out. The quality needs to be improved. Given this quality issue, I have started to look at other brands like Kimes given their denim is heavier (13oz), no rivets, etc.. I would like to see the Wrangler Retros built more like the Kimes jeans.

Purchased a pair at Teactor Supply. They fit well but the material on the back has ripped in the upper portion of each back pocket ehere the rivet is and coming apart. My wife noticed it and unfortunately it was past the 30 day return policy by 5 days and I could not return them. See photos.

Have several pairs of jeans in this same family. This particular model is more slim fit in the legs and is nearly an inch shorter than any others that I have purchased. Actually, too short, probably should have returned. Overall quality is good.

I've been wearing Wrangler jeans for 30+ years, I know what size I wear and when they started making "stretch" jeans they just don't fit the same. I actually sent back 3 pair and got a size smaller than normal and I should have gotten 2 sizes smaller. The jeans fit fine in the morning and by that evening they would fall off if it weren't for a belt. Seems like poor quality. IF YOU WANT SWEAT PANTS, THEN BUY SWEATPANTS. Jeans should be durable and wear well.

I purchased two pairs of wranglers for my husband for Christmas. He's a contractor and swears by this brand. He only got to wear one of the pairs one time because after it was washed the rear pockets have a tear and are starting to come off. I'm not sure if it's this specific color or not (he has many other pairs that have been worn multiple times and none have ripped). I recommend the brand just maybe not this specific wash

I normally wear 33x36 in all jeans. These stretch fit definitely get very loose. Must have a belt to hold them up. Probably need to order at least 1 maybe 2 sizes smaller.

I really like the way these jeans fit and look. However I have had 6 pairs now and they all rip in the same exact place. Back pocket on the upper inside rivet. Not a single pair has lasted over 6 months.

I have purchased 4 pair of these jeans because they fit well, but each pair has torn at one or both back pocket corners at the rivet causing the material to pull apart eventually causing a hole.

I bought two pairs of these jeans and loved the way they fit. After a few weeks of wearing them the back of the jeans around the inside of the back pockets started separate. I thought that this issue may have just been a defect in these two pairs so I decided to see them up and buy two more pairs. The new pairs arrived and this time I inspected them for this same defect. The material around the pocket on one was very thin and the other had already separated. I will say that these jeans fit very well and I would love to buy more of them, but can't justify spending this kind of money on jeans that are not quality. Wranglers have always been known as a sturdy work Jean but seems the quality is not what it used to be.

Loved the jeans but I own four pairs and within a month, they have all ripped above the left corner of the back right pocket. These are lightly work jeans, not for work. Disappointed because they fit and look good, until those holes rip out.

too wide in the thigh . the waist is to tight. 32x30 .If I went up a size the thigh on the jeans would be wider and overall sloppy look. WRANGLER needs to take a close look at all of what they call slim fit . I cannot find a pair of wrangler that fit as described.Relax the waist a bit and slim down the thigh

We have been wearing slim fit straight in size 33x38 (same size & model #) for @ least 9 years and the last 5 pair have been huge not sized the same ,useless to me as they literally fall off. The legs are ridiculously huge Not to mention The back pockets have ripped on the ones I could wear so they are not lasting at all like they used to be. Please advise.

Hello Wrangler, I have been a customer for about 25yrs now. I have found that your pants are not what they used to be. I'm not sure why you changed a good thing. I like the Wrangler slim straight and boot cut Retro but all of them now are stiff, To long and Baggy. I have now gone to Levis 501 Back to my roots Pants from High School. Please notify me when you have Corrected these Items and Ill try again.
