I ordered these jeans in 32 X 32. when I received them, they were very big. I used a sewing tap to measure them; the waist was 35, and the length was 33/12. I ordered a replacement and received a second pair, 32 X 32. they were 341/2 in the waist and 33 in length. I'm sending that pair back. The point to remember. Both pairs were made in Mexico. I have been wearing Wangler 47MWZ for the past 20 years and usually get them from Tractor Supply. But it's tough to find size 32 X 32 anymore. The ones I got from Tractor Supply were always consistent in size and fit. They were all made in Nicaragua. The ones made in Mexico are way off in their sizes.

These pale in comparison compared to their counterpart the 47MWZ rigid version of these. A 31 waist measure 32.56. A 32 length is actually 33. These don't shrink much which is usually good. I found these to be far too loose. The zipper constantly gets stuck. These are trash compared to the Rigid version. They need to bring the rigid version back. No good.

These are pretty bad compared to the Rigid version. Wish they would bring the rigid ones back.

My husband has been wearing this exact style jean for probably 15, possibly longer years. Every year or two I buy multiple pair in the same style, in the same exact size and these, to quote my 15yo, "look like clown pants. They are bigger in the hip and the waist and are considerably longer than the ones he's been wearing forever. Why fix it if it ain't broken Wrangler?!

I've been buying these jeans for years, I just received two new pairs two weeks ago I checked the labeling and the tag 1047MWZPW the new pairs matched the old pair waist and inseam, so I pulled the tags off and washed them before wearing. Big mistake the two pair sizing was a lot smaller, they were in size the same as the 13MWZ. Now I can't take them back because of washing them first.

Very disappointed in Wrangler. What used to be a reliable brand is now a cheap, quick money grab company with horrible customer service. Jeans are way too tight unless your legs are tooth pick thin. They are extremely uncomfortable, and just look cheaply made.
I bought 4 pairs jeans while they were on sale buy one get one 50% off, all the jeans were the same price. Since the jeans did not fit around my legs (way too tight), I gave them 2 pair to younger cousins as gifts because they might fit them. When I returned the other 2 pairs, I was only refunded for each of the jeans that were 50% off. So I only got 1/3 of my money back for returning half the jeans (again all same price). When I contacted customer service, they said they are only refunding the cheaper of the jeans. Very frustrating. I will never order from Wrangler again and I will caution anyone else to not order from them either. What a disastrous turn for a once reliable company.

they look nice but I could barely bend over or climb up on anything while working. Idk if it was just the pair I received or if they're all the same but man the ones I have I felt were going to split and my package was going fall out and put on an unexpected show. Smh!

I like the Proformance because they have the stretch waste which helps keep my shirts tucked in

I have worn the 47MWZ jeans for a number of years and have always been very happy with them. However, I recently ordered 6 pair from Wrangler in my usual size (32 x 36) and they are just too tight in the waist to wear. Am very disappointed, and will donate all these jeans to Goodwill. I wear these jeans for riding and just about everything else. Will think twice before buying more. I'll have to try them on before purchasing.

Have always bought size 35s and recently I purchased three pairs of the 47mwz pants two of which fit perfect while one was so tight I couldn't button them. After looking at the tag I noticed that the pair that fit too tight was made in Nicaragua while the other two were made in Mexico like the pairs I already have.

I have a pair of these jeans that were made in Mexico and fit very well.
However, the exact same jeans, made in Nicaragua, were about 1.5" smaller in the waist than the pair made in Mexico. Same marked size.

Verified PurchaseReview for Zappos VIP Points(What's this?)
Seat fits oddly (large, weird). Knees are too tight. Denim is unpleasant and hard.

I have a few pairs of 47MWZ regular fit in stone wash and wanted a darker color. I always wear 36x32. I bought a darker color exact same model, 47MWZ regular fit and could even pull them up they were so tight. The problem is wrangler doesn't pay return shipping so I had to pay $12 to ship back usps. I wasn't going to buy another pair and have them not fit either. So no jeans and our $12. Moving forward I will just have to buy in person.

I've gigged these because of the fit. They seem to run a couple sizes too big. I'm a fan of the original fit, but I thought I give these a try because of the mid-rise. Quality is typical Wrangler...great. If you like baggie jeans you may like these, just not my thing.

I ordered a size 36X32 and received a pair with a tag that reflected the size I ordered but when I tried them on , they were too small and the tag in the zipper seam reflected 34x32. I then had to pay $8.00 postage to return them to wrangler.com in El Paso, TX. I usually don't complain but I received four pair in a previous order and two of those pairs had sewing flaws. One inside the waist where the belt loops are attached and the other one had an outside belt loop that was not stitched properly and frayed. Very poor service on the last two orders. Makes me think that wrangler.com is unloading seconds on the mail order customers that do not see the items prior to purchase.

I ordered the same size of wrangler jeans that I currently have and what arrived was low-waisted with a short zipper - certainly NOT the "original" style. I returned the jeans.

These jeans are supposed to be twice as strong as the 13MWZ wranglers that I have worn for years. I am a 66 year old woman and wrangler 13MWZ jeans are all I wear because they are the only jeans I can get that are long enough and fit. The 13MWZ Black jeans were not available so I thought I'd try the 47MWZ Black. Big mistake, I have only had them 3 weeks max and I have two rips across the front of the left thigh. I felt nothing, my skin is not scratched and yet I have virtually a brand new pair of $47.00 jeans that are ruined. Not at all happy with the performance of these jeans. Will never purchase again.

I'm 50 years old and have always worn 13mwz jeans. Just bought two pairs of 47mwz (38x34) for the shorter rise waist. These jeans are way too baggy for me through the thighs and the waist size is a little sloppy, too. My understanding was that the waist rise was changed along with pocket size. The rest of the styling was supposed to be the same as my beloved 13mwz's. Sorry to hear that I'm not the only one having sizing issues with what was such a reliable jean, but I'm a little relieved cuz the scale wasn't supporting the extra room I was experiencing...

I'm disapointed with the size selection and fit. I'm both big and tall (6ft-8in and 365 lbs) and need regular fit jeans with a 50 inch waist and a 36 inseam. I bought 3 pair of Rugged Wear "Relaxed" Fit. They are just too baggy in the seat, the crotch and the thighs. I really wish I could get som plain old 13MWZ's that fit!
