Fits nice without squeezing me and no falling or adjustments needed while running. My waist size is about 32” so I got a large and glad I did. It fits comfortably without feeling suffocating and too tight on my waist. The only flaw is that they are too long. I’m 5’4” and they bunched up at the bottom, other than that they are perfect.

These leggings are amazing. They are really comfortable and stretchy.
