I loved the shoes looks. However it was too short and pinched my toes. I had already returned the same shoe in the same size but a WW width. It fit length wise so figured I just needed same size but only a W. Something changed in the WW to W that now the size was too short. Very sad.

I really only tried them on and took them off. My feet are wide near the toes due to pins from bunion surgeries. They cut across the top of my foot.

Beautiful shoe, elegant and sole/heel has good shock absorption, but does not welcome orthotics, although it advertises that it does. My orthotics were squeezed into them, and then, my heels kept slipping out with every step because the depth of the shoe, that is, lack of. Thus, I removed my orthotics to insert one of those store brand thin, white, comfort insoles, as that’s the only insert that works. The wide-width fits as a D width, not a true EE.

This was 1st try with a wide shoe. I’ve had a lot of trouble with my toes scrunching together. This shoe had plenty of room in the toes but the length was huge.

Heel height and design of this slip on pump were on point. Perfect shoe for all day wear. The leather is supple and the soles are non-slip with well padded foot bed and elevated arch support. These shoes provide full coverage and support the foot well. SAS is known for their comfort brand - ordered Wide and was disappointed with the unexpected narrow toe box. Re-ordered in Extra-Wide.

Definitely buy a larger size when trying these. They look quite nice, but were too short for me to judge their comfortability.

Shoes were not that comfortable. Also my narrow heels kept slipping up and down. Tried the Narrow size but the front of the shoe was too tight even if the heels felt better. Will be returning shoes.

I was disappointed with this SAS shoe which I had to order in several sizes (thank you, Zappos). The footbed is minimally padded which made it uncomfortable for my feet. The sides of the shoe come up higher to the toe box giving the top a granny-style look. The height heel would have been perfect for me.

I was surprised at how little cushioning this shoe has -- especially since it is a SAS. I tried several sizes trying to find a bit of a heel for a wedding. It may just be me but it rather looks like an "old lady" shoe looking down on top of it. I probably fall in that category but I don't want to look it. This shoe does have a nice little heel. I couldn't find a size that was comfortable for both feet. I get the impression that you are supposed to provide your own arch support(and probably more cushioning) if you need more since the lining is loose. I'm going to return all sizes of this shoe (thank you, Zappos for your patience).

This shoe is a beautiful neutral color in person and made with soft leather. Unfortunately, the shoe is very narrow and has absolutely no arch support. I have no idea what these other people claiming it has arch support are talking about. The insole is removable, and once removed you can see how thin and flat the insole is. I usually wear a size 10 regular medium width shoes but these are way too tight in 10M. Too pricey for the lack of arch support....sadly I will be returning.

The shoe was comfortable enough but the nude color just didn't work for my skin tone.

These were way too tight on me. I wear an 8.5 M; my feet are a bit on the wide side of medium but wide width usually don't work for me, so I ordered medium. These definitely run narrow. Other than that, they seem like they would be comfortable, in that the footbed is nicely padded with arch support.

Not bad for anyone who doesn't want to wear a very high heel. I found they were very narrow and may have needed a wider width even though I wear a medium width. I would say just ok.

I ordered this shoe in Size 7 W (my usual size). It felt slightly short, so I ordered another pair in Size 7.5 W. I was way too big. An inch of space was at the back of my heel and they just looked bigger than any shoe I've ever owned. Perhaps the shoes I got were mistakenly labeled 7.5 W? Just don't know. I like the shoes and may keep the smaller size. I'm giving them a three star, just for my uncertainty/understanding of the sizes.

I spend many hours on my feet and have always acknowledged SAS as the "gold standard" for work shoes. I usually wear 10W in closed toe shoes and ordered the Milano in 10 1/2W just to be sure of the fit. Surprised that this well structured leather upper pump had a narrow toe box as well as was 1/2 size too long (heel slips out when walking). I wanted to love these shoes. Unfortunately, based on the poor fit (in both length and width) as well as the high price tag, I will need to return these shoes.

I usually wear 9 1/2 -10 wide and purchased these SAS staple work shoes in a 10 1/2 wide. The fit was surprisingly poor. The toe box was narrow, rubbing my little toe, while the shoe was 1/2 size too long; with my heel lifting out of this 1.5 inch high pump with each step. Wille need t return these shoes

These shoes were super narrow, even when I tried in the wide! I wish they were actually wide so I could wear them. They seem to be well made

Nice shoe. Unfortunately the heel was too wide and my heel slipped badly when I walked.

Looking for a comfortable pair of heels for work. Standing on my feet most of the day. The toe box was narrow and small. Tight around the top of your toe box. These were a big NO for me. Also, I would size up at least by a half of size.
