One of the most comfortable boots I've owned in awhile. They look great and wear well with every day use!

There is nothing about the look of these boots that would lead you to believe they're $175, let alone the original $250. Overall, I'm slightly disappointed but they're good enough for winter office wear in the slush, rain and snow. PROS: Support is decent for all day wear; they are not as heavy as they look. The interior leather lining feels great and appears it will hold up well. Easy to clean (just wipe down with a warm cloth and polish if needed) and good for bad weather but still professional enough for office wear. Nice somewhat pointed toe helps it look dressier than it feels. CONS: The leather is stiff and coated like a $50ish pair of Nunn Bush - not at all what I expected based on the pics. It's fairly repellent and doesn't shine like the pics. The laces have frayed after two wearings and currently need replacement. The out sole is all molded rubber which is great for bad weather, but the imitation molded "stitching" to the upper looks cheap on a shoe this expensive. They were very stiff for 2/3 wearings, but they've thankfully softened up since. To be expected. Service and shipping from Zappos was great and very timely. I would probably recommend something else in the price-point before considering these again.
