loved look but too small

Love the fur lining and pull on style. Comfortable. I like them, but they are not a high quality boot. Had to order several pairs to find one without defects. They loosen with wear and become sloppy. My shoe size is 7.5, I ordered an 8. Wore for about a month, to and from work and quick errands. When I first got them, one pair of socks was fine. Soon, I had to wear 2 pairs of socks and add a shoe insert. Tried the 7, but too short and too narrow. They don't wear very well. The heels are already quite wore down. I haven't had the best luck with this brand. It has been a couple years since I have bought a pair. All the boots I had previously lasted about 2 months, then the soles would crack apart. I keep hoping the quality improves, not sure it has.

My daughter loves these boots. So simple. No buttons, bows or flair. Only issue is the heel (inside) rubs on her heel quite a bit, so she has to wear a reinforced bandage to cushion the area. If not, she'll have a hot spot and she ends up limping around. We bought two pairs, as the first had such an overlap on the heel that we had to send them back. The second was much better, but is still not perfect. If BearPaw could fix that one spot, they'd be perfect. Still recommend, with reservations.

I bought size 8, my normal size and had to exchange them for a 9. Size 9 are ok and I kept them but they are a bit sloppy. Would not buy them again. I have some older Uggs which are perfect to size and fit.

poor quality

I was so disappointed. I did not like this new pair at all. The soles didn’t have good tread on them like my old ones, and they were not a snug cushy fit (on the inside) like my old pair was (when new and even when 5 years old). I re-purchased a pair of “Elle” at Belk because once I tried the same brand (Bearpaw) at Belk, I was convinced that the ones I ordered from Zappo’s must be “knock-offs”. They were completely different look and quality from the ones I ended up keeping from Belk). This is strictly my opinion (don’t have anything against Zappo’s - they made it super easy to return and I definitely appreciated that!). Sorry it didn’t work out this time Zappo’s! Maybe next time. I wish I had taken a pic to show you guys the difference!
