Slim fit cowboy cut. I have 5 pairs of these jeans and came back to order at least one more pair. 100% cotton so they are going to shrink. I'm 5'2", 103 - 105 weight. I have size 7 and 5. The 7s I shrink down to a "relaxed fit" so I can wear leggings or long underwear if it's cold outside. Also good for summer wear cuz they aren't tight. The 5s I do my best to not shrink lol and usually line dry. These are junior sizes. Also remember they are "slim fit" so if you are a plus size try to order one to two sizes bigger.

I was a little leery about the change in sizing, but followed the recommendations. If I'd have remembered the colored jeans in this style ran a larger fit than the indigo ones, and ordered a smaller size they would have been perfect. Thrilled with the exchange.

Try finding 100% heavy nonstretch cotton jeans nowadays. Everywhere you look there are tights disguised as jeans with outlandish takes dictated by fashion trends. If you want a real deal you gotta get this jean. There is no flaw for this product. It is all I hoped for a jeans would be and much more cause it is a strong heavy cotton in addition to a classic fit and nice tailoring. Very happy about having gotten it. 100% recommend

After reading reviews with folks complaining about the new sizing, I was apprehensive. In Jan 2023, I ordered Cowboy Cut jeans in a size 9x34. They fit perfectly. I needed another pair and last week ordered a size 5x34, given Wranglers guidance to order 2 sizes lower. I also compared my actual measurements to the chart, and the 5 would be the right one for me. My new cowboy cut pair (with the 5x34 sizing) arrived and fit exactly like my older 9x34 sizing. So unlike other folks experiences in the reviews, I didn't have any issues with the sizing change. Also, I was reading reviews about how the material has changed. One thing I noted (I have 3 different color cowboy cut jeans) is that the fabric is different for each. This is listed in the fabric info for each jean color when it is selected. One of my cowboy cut jeans is 100% cotton 14.75 ounce denim, one is 98% cotton, 2% spandex 14.75 oz denim, and my black ones are 100% cotton 13.4 oz denim. They all fit pretty much the same though. So maybe Wrangler changed the denim they use from years ago, but anything much heavier than 14.75 oz denim might be a bit too heavy, at least for me. I noticed the bleach color is 100% cotton 15.25 oz. denim. Maybe that's the old school Wrangler folks were referring to? Either way, I'm quite happy with my cowboy cut jeans. Can't say I have ever written a review for any product ever before, but thought this info might be helpful for others who are trying to deal with the new sizing.

I bought these when they were in Juniors sizes, in size 7, the size above my normal size 6. Because the denim is no stretch, they were very tight in the waist, so I wore them wet a couple of times to stretch them out. After some squats and lunges, they now fit perfectly and are very cute jeans.

I only wear this style of Wranglers - probably for the last 30 years. Durable and comfortable.sometimes hard to find but definitely worth it.

So I bought the lightest wash jeans multiple times but no matter what size I bought didn't fit around the waist. I had even followed the sizing chart buttttt then I tried a different color which was the next lightest pair and followed sizing chart again and they fit like a glove!!!! Absolutely hands down favorite pair of jeans!!!!

I always come back to these jeans. They are the only working jeans that last and don't break the bank. I ride almost daily and work outside. I'm super hard on jeans and most rip on barbed wire. These last and don't rip on wire or from use. The steam doesn't rub when you ride horses, even on long rides. They can get a little hot in the summer, but I get use to it. 100% worth being a little warm for the durability. I don't know what I would do if wrangler ever stop making them!! You need to size up. They are truly slim fit!

I love these jeans...have been wearing them for years. I just tried to order some more, and now NONE of the colors are available - says "these jeans are no longer available". HUH?? I just boat 3 pairs only 3 weeks ago. Unbelievable. It says they are the most popular, yet Wrangler doesnt have them to buy? Get it together, Wrangler.

I have these jeans in Black, Antique Wash, and Stonewash. Out of the three, the material of antique wash is my favourite. Typically I am a size 26 or 3/30, for these (they run small) I opted for a 7/30 which fits perfectly. Stonewash in a 7/30 is slightly looser and more stretchy than the antique wash and black fits a lot smaller than both but is still good. Pay attention to material differences when ordering! These pair nicely with boots or even rolled up with converse! I wear these at least twice a week.

I have been wearing Wrangler for years, but stopped for about 5 years because you could only get these jeans in indigo. You used to have them in many colors, including white (alas still can't get them in white...booo!). However, finally 100% cotton in several colors!! Yahoo! They fit perfectly (size 3). I couldn't be more pleased! PLEASE do not discontinue this specific jean style, and PLEASE keep them available in colors other than indigo!

Amazing jeans! The quality of course is very nice, listen to everyone and size up 2 sizes! At first I got a size 9 but I couldn't even zip them up. I returned them and got a size 11 and they fit sooo nice even room left for me to breath.

I got these jeans in the antique wash, which has a little stretch, but so far these wear like cotton denim but just a little bit more give. They seem like brilliant quality and I can't wait to go out in them. I also love that they have decent sized pockets compared to most women's jeans! They fit my shape really well as my waist is quite a bit smaller than my hips.
In terms of sizing, I'm 174cm and a UK 12-14 so US 8-10, and I got the antique wash in an 11/32. They're just about the right length but I think a 34 would have been more versatile for different shoes. If I get any in 100% cotton I would go for a size 13 though.
I just wish they did these in more washes or even some more good colours - and that I could get them more easily in Europe.

I have never bought Wranglers before so I did not have any preconceived idea of what size I should be in their sizing system. I'm 5'7, 120 pounds, 26 inch waist. I followed their sizing chart for their cowboy cut ordering a 5. These fit like a glove, I don't understand all the brouhaha about these fitting small. If your hip and waist measurements line up with the chart measurements you will get a great fit!!!

These are sized true, not designer sizing! You will need to go up about two sizes. Great classic styling, quality and fit

The sizing chart if off for hip measurements. I had to order three times. My measurements were very recent (within a week). My first order, according to your chart gave me an inch to spare. Good. They were too small. I went up a size. They were also too small. I now have jeans that fit, but your chart needs revision. I had to return items twice.

I was stressed out trying to figure out my size especially since everyone was complaining about the material, sizing chart confusion.
My measurements are ridiculous for finding jeans. I'm 5'2", 135-140ish pounds. My waist is 25 inches, my hips/butt are 41 inches. Based on the size chart I could've been 4 different sizes. I ended up going with the size I wear in Levi's which is a size 6 or 28. So based on Wrangler sizing i'm a 9. These are honestly more giving than Levi's and the denim is softer than I expected based on what reviews you saying.
I'm telling you just take a chance.
