Grown woman with small feet! I typically wear a women's size 7-7.5 so I was told I should fit a 5-5.5 children's. The 5 was too large but the 4.5 was perfect! So in my experience they run a tad bit large, but that may have to do with the fact that they are children's and so they may simply fit a little differently. They fit comfortably, the cushion absorbs shock well, they feel like a shoe-sock, and they look super cute. Love my new shoes!

This product is great. However blue knit is actually purple, and gray knit is actually green. Along with that, the laces are a bit long, and you can’t really do a rowing exercise in them. I really love these shoes, but be aware of the true colors.

Toddler seems to be comfortable wearing them. The back part of the shoe is a different material and I almost thought that it wasn't going to conform to his feet but it is stretchy.
