These Sperry Ducks are stylish and comfortable. After trying on six or seven pairs of this particular style boot (waterproof ducks) from several manufacturers, I finally found one that was a perfect fit. Unsurprisingly it came from the originators of the 'Duck' shoe/boot, Sperry. Surprisingly it turned out to be both stylish and a perfect fit. Normally I wear a size 8, but when buying boots, have to consider going up a half size so I can wear a thicker sock if I wish. This concern varies with manufacturer, since some manufacturers actually take the sock thing into consideration and size their shoes/boots accordingly. This is rare, but does happen. Sperry did, in fact, make this boot a little wider in the toe box.. just a little bit.. enough to wear a heavier sock if desired and retain the comfort level. But what really surprised me about this boot was the support for my foot! Every boot in this duck style I tried on was seriously lacking in any form of support for the wearer's foot.. except for this one. Now maybe it's just this one pair that I was lucky enough to buy. Whatever it was, this boot makes my feet feel good, makes standing and walking in it effortless.. my back doesn't hurt after wearing them, my feet don't demand my attention all day for the pain they're experiencing. Just a darn good boot.. and are cute as they can be.

Super cute! I am usually at 10 or 10.5, but based on the reviews, I bought a 10 and 9.5. Decided to keep the 9.5, so definitely size down a half size.
