I love these shoes! I ordered 6 pairs of booties and kept this pair. Leather nice and soft. There is not much padding but they feel great. I've had 2 bunion surgeries and 1 broken foot that needed surgery, so that's saying something!

Love them. I was so sad when Josef Seibel discontinued its great loafer/clog - the most comfortable shoes EVER. But this is an excellent replacement. I could wear them all day and night - except to bed.

This bootie is so comfortable and stylish I bought one in brown and then one in black. I have major foot problems but I can wear these without any difficulty. They fit true to size and look good with jeans or dressier slacks. If Josef Seibel made them in other colors I would be buying those as well.

Love these boots! I bought about 5 pairs of black low heeled booties this winter and these were my keepers. The leather is not as shiny as I thought it would be but they are soft, comfortable and versatile. I like having the zipper on the inside. They are the perfect height for right under my cuffed skinny jeans. I am a true size 7 and the 37’s fit me. The first pair I ordered were damaged but Zappos was amazing in getting out a new pair to me.

First, I love these shoes. They are cute and sassy. A little big for me but I think my size is between 41 and 42. I normally wear shoes with a lot more support and cushioning, but these are pretty comfy. I wouldn't want to wear them for a day trip anywhere, but for my normal life of going here to there, they're great. ON THE OTHER HAND, I ordered two pairs so I could pick the best size. The smaller size has been worn; not "tried on" but worn enough to put put creases in the leather. They're not as bad as shoes you'd buy at a thrift store, but nevertheless they've definitely spent time on someone's feet. I am seeing this more and more in internet shopping - receiving shoes that are NOT NEW. If I pay for new shoes, I WANT NEW SHOES -- spotless, creaseless, uppers, and soles with no wear. Zappos and other online retailers need to stop expecting the customer to pay for their loss. And, hey, customers, decide whether or not you want your shoes before taking them out on the town.

I wore these boots right out of the box as soon as they arrived and have been wearing them since. They didn't need to be broken in, comfortable right from the start. I purchased my usual size and find that they are a tad loose but I prefer this to being snug. I, too, have problem feet and can wear these boots all day without any problems. Plus they are great looking boots. I will purchase another pair in a different color. I am very happy with my new Josef Seibel boots!

Fit true to size for me in size 36. Super cute, love love love the red color! It is not a burgundy or ox blood color nor is it rust-leaning. It is a satisfying muted red. I have always wanted a pair of red boots without being over-the -top red. Not much padding or arch support so if you need this, you will want to add an insole. Inwill probably add a thin insole for more cushioning. The shaft opening is very wide so there is a lot of empty around my ankles. (I have thin ankles and narrow heels.) As with all Josef Seibel shoes, the heel slips on me but does not bother me. Very cute IMO!

Josef Seibel shoes are a favorite of mine and these booties fit the bill. The leather is of good quality as well as the shoe construction. They fit me true to size and I feel good about the style when I am wearing them. I recommend purchasing them.

Very comfortable and stylish shoe. It's lightweight and doesn't go up too high on the leg, very flattering.

Normally Josef Seibel shoes 39 fit me just fine. I tend to have a bit wider feet. When I took these out of the box, they immediately looked smaller to me . . . and they were (even though marked 39s). I would say the primary difference is the toe box is much narrower, closer in than my other JS shoes. Would probably fit great for someone with narrower feet.

Really love the style and soft comfortable leather of this boot. Already feels broken in! However, for a narrower foot like mine, I needed to add a bottom insert and cushion at instep to make up the difference - now they feel great!

I have been looking for a pair of little red boots for years. I was THRILLED when I saw these. I love the Josef Seidel footwear. I have had numerous pairs by this company. The color is perfect. It’s gorgeous. The fit was, as always with this brand, exactly right. The leather and footbed were fantastic. I loved how they looked. I loved how they fit. BUT.....I had to return them. The heel slippage was too extreme and I could tell a painful blister was just waiting to develop on each heel. I couldn’t put a thicker sock on — the boot wouldn’t have fit. I couldn’t order the next size up — the slippage would still happen. I am TOTALLY BUMMED...........

Not attractive. Kinda clunky looking. Returned. Thankful for Zappos return policy!

I got these in November and they were broken by December. In less than a month the stitching came apart. Poorly made fir the price you are charging.

Love these boot! Fit like boots should. Slightly loose as compared to shoes. Look great! No breaking in period needed.

Love the style. Did not like the fit or the quality.

My left foot is very close to a size 9 and the 40 was too big. Got the 39 but was too tight on my left foot. It fit my right 8.5 foot perfectly. Uhhh! Felt super comfortable, bummer it didn't fit.

Fit and size were good. The leather seemed cheap and wrinkled. The insoles were very flimsy. I have a pair of Josef seibel for years that have been fantastic. These didn’t seem as high in quality. I’m sorry to be sending them back because I liked the style very much.

Beautiful boots. Too narrow in the toe box. No cushion or support.

The sizing was fine. They didn't look as stylish in person as they did online. For $159, I really wanted to love them.

Was disappointed in the quality of the leather. I think it would scratch and tear very easily. Too bad, because it is a lovely color and style, and these shoes are comfortable. Also, it is not lined in leather if this is important to you. I would not have ordered them, if the description had said textile lining. So, even though they were comfortable, they are going back.
