I was pleasantly surprised how comfortable these super cute boots were the very first day I wore them. I bought the boots in the Cayenne/Kastanie/Braun they look great with black leggings and jeans alike. I love the zip feature so convenient. I bought these to replace my UGGS and I do not wear socks with these as they are perfectly warm and have great arch support.

I really liked the look of this boot, and it was comfortable on. But I was concerned that the cloth piece under the laces would fray, and also that it would not be water resistant.

Live the look and style of this boot - so cute! And the zipper makes them pretty easy to get on. My only disappointment is that they boots were billed as “lightweight “ but they are definitely not lightweight at all - much heavier than I was expecting. I am not returning them over this but want to make others aware.

These are a great shoe for day and evening. I am able to put my orthotics in these shoes which helps even more with arch support. Super cute- goes with everything.

These are cute but feel and look cheap. Like the style, but the synthetic upper is just a no-go, especially for the price. Returned because of that. Also not fond of the zip up side - would prefer that they be just lace up.

Wanted to love these but they had next to no cushioning and very little flexibility. These things combined with the fact that they seemed slightly narrow made them a no go for me. They were really cute though.

Love this boot

Shoe is comfortable and warm and easily accommodates my orthodic. Deal breaker is that the zipper is unprotected and cuts into my ankle bone. Back they go.

Felt like I was wearing clown shoes. This boot definitely runs big, because the last pair of Riekers I bought in the same size was too small. Boots also came with a fair amount of white dog hair, so they were clearly purchased by someone else and returned.

These boots are cute and warm. i liked the neutral color (gray). Size felt true to my regular 8 1/2 . However the seam of the zipper pressed on my ankle and made them uncomfortable so I returned.

This boot is terrific in every way - except for the sole, which is hard and uncomfortable. They are super cute, the width was terrific for my wide feet, and the sides and back of the heel were great. And they felt warm. But the sole is so hard that it was almost like standing on the floor. I'm very disappointed that I had to return them but I couldn't imagine walking around in them.

I love how fun these boots are with the rainbow of colors on them, but after a short walk around the neighborhood on the first fall day they left my feet aching. Lots of pressure on the balls of my feet, no arch support and very little padding in the foot bed. Since I wore them outside, I doubt I can return them. Wishing I had worn them inside for an hours or so, I would have returned them.

I received two right shoes of different sizes. Utterly useless. Will return, and see how long it takes to receive a refund. I really wanted these shoes. I have made two attempts at online chat, no response to either effort. Very very disappointed in Zappos.

I expect that the soles will wear out in a couple months. This is a common problem reported in reviews I read in the UK where Rieker is from. DO NOT BUY THESE SHOES. The rubber soles on these shoes are so soft that they literally rub off onto any floor. You can see the rubber left on the floors. I'm talking about scuffs that are 14-18 inches long! My daughter can't wear these shoes at school, at home, at my work or anywhere!!! The shoes are useless. So many other better brands out there. I suggest Chaco or Dansko over Rieker
