3rd pair of the Roseexcellent craftsmanship, style and comfort.

These shoes look great; they bring a little rugged to a polished outfit, which I like. They are a bit difficult to get on (a shoehorn would help) so I thought they were going to be uncomfortable, but they aren't at all. I wore them for the first time for several hours with no pain and no blisters.

This is now my second pair of Rose. I also have 2 pairs of Lita and 2 pairs of sandals. It's officially an obsession. I love the look. i love the quality and the craftsmanship and I swear I get a compliment almost every time i wear them. Of all my "children" Rose is my favorite, it's got just the perfect balance of funk and professional. Both pairs required a very brief break in for me. i literally felt like i could not get my foot in the shoe the first time i bought them. I took them and had the shoemaker stretch them for me. On the second pair, the first wear, I wore them just 2 hrs with socks, the second wear, i wore them all day in work. By wear three, they are mine. highly recommend BedStu, they are my favorite shoes. As for care, i highly recommend shoe trees and proper care and with this, you will have these shoes forever. One pair is over 10 years old and they are great.

Absolutely beautiful, couldn't be happier, talk about a well built pair of shoes, these will last forever, and please please order your normal size, they're a little snug but they will take shape to your feet perfectly with just a little time, took about 5 days, I'm so glad I didn't order a larger size, but they're not tight enough to be uncomfortable, and the smell of the leather,,, "perfection," speaking for myself I can't get enough of it, the leather is of the highest quality. Thank you so very much bed Stu and keep up the Great work, if you could make a pair all of the same bone color leather without the different suede leather in the toe area I would order them in a heartbeat as well, pretty please. And yes they're pricey but for the quality and the years that your going to have them for, "PRICELESS"

I had ordered these in my normal size of 8.5/39. They felt about 2 sizes too small. It was horrible. At the same time I received a pair of the Yurisa boots in again, my normal size of 8.5. Sent the Rose back, and waited for the size 9/40 to get to the house. The Yurisa boot is tight like a glove, but after wearing around the house for 10-20 minute increments for a few days they have molded to perfection.. Now as the Rose goes. I just received them in size 9. Complete different sizing than the prior Rose and the Yurisa boot. Fit is perfect out of the box. Not tight at all. Do not have to break in like I did the Yurisa. Either way, I know they are handmade and will go with the flow of the perfect comfort of the Rose in size 9 and the broke in Yurisa in size 8.5 I have slender feet, high arch and followed directions on allowing the leather to naturally stretch. Personally called Customer Service and they were able to help me decide to keep the boot and just do the normal break in period and were amazing in knowledge of how to handle real leather handmade shoes. Beautiful shoes. Worth the pain of exchanges and stretching.

I already owned a pair of Rose in the Pecan Tan, love their versatility and the fact that they pair well with everything. They are a bit of a challenge to get on since the back heel is still stiff, but once on they feel fantastic.

I bought the Rose shoe in Bone. OMG. I am in love! I'm an oxford kinda gal, I like to dabble in some menswear and this shoe suits my bill. I can wear these with denim cutoff shorts, dresses, pants, jeans. I went 1/2 size bigger than normal, and they're a bit loose - which is perfect for walking around and walking some distance. I shouldn't have of afforded them, but I did, so will grant these to myself as an early b'day gift!

I have had these for a while. At first I thought I'd have to return them because they were tight across the top of my foot. But instead I brought them to the shoe maker to have them stretched. They were still snug but once on, it took no time at all to feel comfortable. Now theyre so comfy Recently they are in the lineup a lot. I wear them with jeans and with dresses and everything in between and I always get compliments. I have told more people about bedstu in the past month than in the past 5 years. Love love love their shoes

I liked the shoes but the fit was off. They are very tight and never stretched out enough for me to be able to wear them.

I bought these over two years ago, so I hope this isnt an unauthorized purchase. I loved the look of this shoe, but theyre so hard and uncomfortable that Ive only worn them a couple times.

I love these shoes. Comfortable from the first day I wore them. I definitely recommend them!

I wear these shoes almost daily for work, they are well worn in and SO comfortable. Some minor breakdowns around the tongue on the inside but nothing that bothers the function of the shoe or the aesthetic of the shoe. I would recommend these for anyone.

Fantastic everything. This is my 3rd pair in different colors. Well worth the cost!

Love the style, got huge blisters

Love this style but unfortunately was too small. I have a pair of Rose shoes from a few years ago in 7.5 and so I ordered the same size but it was significantly smaller. I love the shoe (ordered cold brew) but will have to wait until a larger size comes in stock. Leather was stiffer too but still a beautiful shoe.

I wish these fit me, because I loved them. My feet are very wide. Sizing up did not do the trick. I wish I could special order a wide size.

I've been looking at Rose for a while and, recently saw it included in special pricing on the BedStu so jumped. Such a lovely, classic shoe! My 7.5 size feels a bit snug as some BedStu styles do so I've been wearing for short periods of time around home to stretch the leather over the instep a bit. Minor inconvenience for such a great, well made shoe!

Absolutely love these shoes. I bought the Tan Rustic Mason, and the color is amazing. Buy them, you won't be disappointed.
