I got these shoes back in December, roughly six months ago for my job. I work at least 40 hours a week at a hospital transporting patients. I'm pretty much always on my feet and pushing gurneys or beds around. Relevant points: -The cushioning on the insole is very helpful, after an extended work week, I normally feel sore but I have not noticed this issue with these shoes. -The steel toe has prevented gurneys from crunching my toes several times now and it was very easy to get used to the weight. -At the end of a shift, I'll wipe down my shoes and I've had no issues with they sanitary wipes damaging the shoes. As mentioned, these shoes see pretty frequent work so they have worn a bit but they've served me pretty well. The attached picture is my shoes as of January 2020. Overall, I like them and I'll probably order them again when my current pair wears out.

Great shoes for my flat feet. I have had flat feet all my life. Any shoe with arch support causes crippling cramps in the middle of my feet. As such, I always look for shoes with little to no arch support. These shoes are perfect for my feet. They are super flat inside. Very comfortable with the gel insole that while padded, is also flat. I tried the size 12 width E at first but found that the tops of my toes were chaffing on the top of the shoe. I returned them and got the size thirteen in E width. They have turned out to be a perfect fit.
