I love these boots and they fit perfectly, at least until I walk across the room and the front edge of the boot cuts into the front of my leg. I seriously thought about keeping them regardless to try to stretch that front edge, but finally admitted they'd probably end up in my "loved but didn't quite fit right" pile, so I'm reluctantly returning them. If you have thin legs they'd probably be ok.

Very attractive shoe with a comfortable inner sole..however the top edge grazed the ankle when walking...even with socks it felt uncomforBle so back they went...maybe if you have skinnier ankles it may be fine!!!

The boots are not comfortable and are rubbing my ankles.

Incredibly comfortable and cute style. I have tried several bootie boots and the others were uncomfortable around my ankles. These are perfect. The first day I wore them they were so comfortable that I forgot I had new shoes on. It felt like I had been wearing them for months. I also like the rubber soles. They have a great group for our snowy/icy climate here in Idaho.

Extremely comfortable right from the start. I have a wide width & I'm on my feet all day. Not one bit of foot pain. The style is modern & got lots of compliments. Neutral color is a nice change from my usual black.

Unfortunately I followed the size chart available with the shoes and ordered size 11 instead of my usual 10, turned out to be large and 28 cm long, the size chart published with the shoes is wrong, if I ordered 10 it would have fitted correctly so stay with your normal size. Unfortunately also I ship the shoes to another country out of the US with Aramex service so I can’t exchange or refund it, total mess and regret I didn’t just order my normal size

Super cute and comfy for me, but shoppers should note that these run small & narrow. I have a narrow foot, and most of the time shoes of any kind are too big for me - so this is a nice change. I am shy of a true size 9.5, so the fact that they run short still works for me- but my 9/9.5 toes still are close to the end. Anyone that is a true size 9.5 would not be able to wear them. The soul is flexible and not stiff/hard which contributes to their comfort.

These are great boots. I have wide feet and they are very comfortable.

After trying 4+ pairs of booties, I've finally found the perfect pair for work! They're comfortable and stylish, and the lower heel means I can handle the lifting+moving and constant walking that can be a big part of my workday (in the events industry). I typically wear a 9W and that was the perfect fit in this shoe--no rubbing at my pinky toes or my heels and ankles, and, because they're a man-made material, they give a little but they shouldn't end up stretching out over time. I wish the bottom of the shoes had better traction--they're smooth and I find myself sliding sometimes on certain floor surfaces--but I have purchased stick-on "grips" for shoes in the past and I can cheaply and easily add those for more traction. I sprayed mine with a waterproofing spray before wearing and they're already weathered one rainy day just fine. The price was really appealing too (though the price dropped again right after I bought mine--would have been nice to get them at an even lower cost!). All in all, these shoes are comfortable, stylish, and affordable and I'd purchase again in the future, and consider other colors too. As always, thank you Zappos for putting up with a long cycle of "buy and return" as I searched for the perfect bootie. :)

These boots are beautiful! I love them, however like the other reviews, the boot edge does cut into the leg right above the ankle. I am so disappointed that I have to return them. I will be looking for a similar boot that is a bit higher above the ankle.

I had tried 5 different booties in the light tan/taupe color, most of them well over $100. No, these are not leather, but wow, they are very comfortable. I did not feel enough arch support so I did order the dress shoe insert from Sole Lab and now they are perfect. I generally wear a 38 and I ordered an 8 med. The width across the toe has been my biggest issue with boots, but these are great and plenty of room without pinching my little toe even and without having that round wide toe look. I am very please with this purchase and saving about $100 in the process!

The shoes/boots are very nice looking. However, I live in Minnesota and they are suede. The boots and winter salt are not a good mix.

I was happy to find the shoe in a wide to accommodate my bunions. Not an easy task. The ankles were not comfortable the first time I wore them. They rubbed but now I have no problem. I find them to be comfortable. I might have to spray them for winter wear so they don’t stain.

These boots are really comfortable. I was completely happy with my purchase. Material is soft and the boots are gorgeous. Definitely reccomend. Delivery was fast.

This boot sat in the box for a long time. Just dreaded thinking that they would not fit. To my surprise these have turned out to be my favorite boot! I am not even sure I'm wearing an ankle boot correctly, but these are just too darn comfortable to wear. Usually my feet hurt when I take off any other type of ankle boot (tight fit, crammed toes, etc.), but these are amazing! So comfortable I look for ways to wear them. Recently took them to NYC for 4 days of nonstop walking and my feet never bothered me. I love the style and the feel of the material. I can understand other complaints of the front of the opening hitting people's front ankle, but it was clearly not enough to bother me. Would buy again and recommend!

If you have a high instep it feels little snug to slip foot in even when unzipped. Once foot is in shoe it don’t feel tight. It depends on your instep. Maybe order a half size larger if you have a high instep.

I wear either a nine or a nine and a half. When wearing the larger size, my heel slipped up and down and they were too wide (I have a medium width foot.) The nine fit perfectly and although with the almond shaped toe they will take a little breaking in, my heel doesn't slip. Plus, I love the lower bootie style, the braid embellishment and the color is perfect--warm but not orangey or too brown.

These shoes are very narrow and felt smaller than the average size.

I really wanted to like this boot, but the top comes up too high that it rubs my upper foot. This would unfortunately become uncomfortable, so alas I am returning the boot.

Cute but NARROW in the toe box. After a day of wearing them, my toes are numb. I don’t have particularly wide feet, either. Otherwise fine, just wish the toes weren’t so narrow.
