I've bought probably ten pair of these jeans. They are comfortable a fit well. However, every pair has ripped at the back pockets so they're unwearable in less than six months. Never had this problem with other brands. I contacted wrangler and even returned a few pair back to them and haven't heard anything. Now I'm out the money and the jeans, which were unwearable anyway, so I won't be buying any more. Reading other reviews this is a common issue.

My kids got me a pair for Father's Day so the weather was hot and I only wore them about 5 times over the summer. After the 5th time I had to throw them out because the seat ripped out of them by the back pocket about 4 inches long. I thought maybe I just got a bad pain, not the case. I bought another pair at Rural King in State College PA and the same thing happened about the same time frame as the first pair. I decided to buy an all cotton color and have had good luck so far but they're only 6 weeks old. Wrangler should replace them if they really stand behind their product. I wish Carhartt still made B325 jeans.

I've worn Wranglers for years and have had two pair of the Retro style jeans. On this pair, the outer seams on legs are twisted and the seam winds around from the side to front of the jeans. Looks like a "second" or a "imperfection" item. Seems like the Retro jeans have an issue with ripping around the rear pocket rivets. Both pairs ripped out in the same place. Top of the left rear pocket, and down. Disappointed.

I loved the fit and look, but after one time wearing them just to run errands both back pockets are ripping at the top inside corner. This sounds like a common quality issue from other reviews. I guess I should have trusted the reviews more than the Wrangler name. Disappointed

in the last year I have purchased 4-5 pairs of the retro boot fit size 33 x34 and 33x36 an have only got 2-3 month of wear out of them until the area near the rear pockets split open. it seems like quality has slipped recently in wranglers jean production. the jeans I purchased several years ago are still holding up it just the newest one I have bought cant keep up.

Went on a hunt for new jeans, liked the fit and look. After 2 weeks of normal use the back pocket corners are ripping on both sides and the stitching is coming out of the leg. Crazy how bad the quality is. The hunt continues for jeans after these failed.

I use jeans everyday, normal wear. The zipper on these jeans are too short in length. Which I hate. I like zippers that are 6 to 6.5 inches long. Now days zippers are being shortened to cut cost.

Bought four pairs of these jeans last fall (2022) and 2 of the pairs are already blown out at seams. Paid a lot of money for poor quality jeans. Very disappointed. Will be looking for a better quality brand of jeans.

I've owned about 20 pairs of these jeans and here lately am having problems with them tearing easy. My Ariats hold up just fine but these are not lasting long at all now. I feel like the fabric isn't the same as it used to be. I've had five pairs that have only lasted a couple of weeks. When I say tear I mean just by wearing them. Not by hanging them on something and damaging them.

I can not wear the mid rise or stretch jeans. It seems that wrangler doesn't make a. nice looking jean that is not stretch or low/mid rise.

I love the looks of these jeans. I've bought 5 pairs in the past 6 months. I have already thrown away 3 of 5 pairs due to them ripping at the back pocket and working their way down.

I have enjoyed the WRT20AB for years because it is light-weight yet durable enough. I was disappointed that it is no longer available and tried alternates but find them to be heavier and "hotter" in summer weather. Disappointing!

If you perform any work that consist of you stepping up into a truck or squatting then don't go with retro. Between myself and my 2 sons we have went through 11 pairs of jeans this year that tear from the pocket to between your legs. None of the jeans are over 6 months old. I thought it was a fluke at first. I don't feel that way any more. For $60+ they should last a lot longer.

Second time wearing these loose fitting jeans, they tore in the crotch area. My son had a lot of room too. Do not understand why wrangler jeans have become so flimsy.

Love the fit and style, but the last four pairs have all ripped at the rivet at the rear pocket. Belt loops break also. I have returned two pairs back to wrangler and have never gotten my replacements.

I don't care for the fit. I didn't realize that they have spandex in them - I don't care for that at all. I wish I could return them and exchange them for other retro loose fit jeans that I've purchased from Wrangler before.

I gave this a 2 star becuase the purchase process and shipping was great. However as I read reviews about the holes in the back i just couldnt believe them, not the jeans that are tough as nails that in the past i couldnt have ripped if i tried. Well the reviews are true. I literally wore these jeans out to dinner, came home and washed them and the nexy day i have a hole in the back by the pocket. I have e mailed back to my original order and ask for a return so if i receve a good response I will happily update this review. I live in NC where Wrangler employs lots of my friends and I have always been proud to wear the brand. It is a sad day when our quality is so poor and i literally work in the town named by Wrangler as "Jeansboro". PLease change my mind...

I had been wearing these jeans, because I like the fit. They do seem to wear fairly quickly. I ordered two new pairs from Boot Barn. The first time I wore one pair my wife noticed a tear at the top of the left rear pocket. I don't know if they came with the tear or I sst down and tore it. Brand new jeans. What happened to the tough denim Wrangler used to be known for? I really don't mind paying a little extra for a good quality Jean that will last.

The back pocket ripped just like 3 or 4 other pairs I've bought. This time I created an account to have a record so I could send them back within the year if the same thing happened. It did, so I go to log in.......wrangler changed and now if it was before May you have to create a new account. So now I don't have the order history. And no order number.
