I'm keeping these boots and will wear them because they look great! They're sleek and classy, and exactly what I was looking for. Well made, very lightweight and soft, too. Perfect in almost every way. The problem is my arches, which are on the high side. Usually I can get by just fine, but my arches don't touch the inside sole of these boots. I'll need to modify some inserts, I guess. I know these would be very comfortable and wearable for someone with average feet!

Color is too close to black.

I would have loved to keep these, but they are too narrow across the toes and metatarsals for my problem feet, and this was even going one size up. It is possible that with some stretching, they would have worked out, but it would have taken quite a bit of stretching for me. Of all the Arcopedico booties, these looked the most simple and stylish. I got the L19's instead, which have a rounder toe, and are a lot more comfortable for me, and will still be suitable for travel.

These are cute but the fit isn't right. The arch feels like it's too far back and the center part of the the shoe is too snug around my foot. I'm going to try the next size up in case that helps, but I'm not sure these are the shoes for me.

I really wanted to like these booties, they were super cute & the color (anthracite) was a lovely dark grey. Just a bit tight as I prefer to wear socks with my shoes - actual socks, not trouser socks/nylons). If I was working in an office, I likely would have kept them as I can see them looking good with lots of outfits. I tried next size up but those were too big.

These are great little vegan boots, great for work and other uses. Some reviewers said they were true to size; others said they fit small. I consistently wear a US 9 and originally ordered a Eur 40, which should have been on the big side, but they were indeed too small. I got size 41s instead, and they fit great. They are reasonably comfortable, look good, work with my orthotic inserts, and are fully vegan. I'm excited to see how they do in the wash as promised -- have never had washable shoes beyond canvas sneakers. Will consider this brand again.

I have two pairs of Arcopedico shoes that tie. And they are tied up completely together. I just couldn't make the boots work. Even though my foot did not come out, it slid around. Arcopedico makes very comfy shoes, but I'm thinking they could be a little more stylish and still be comfy.

I bought these at a store about two years ago and have loved them. I did have to buy a size larger than I usually take. (39, rather than 38) However, when I just recently bought them from Zappos, they didn't fit the same; they felt narrower and shorter. I tried 2 colors and neither are as comfortable as the ones I already have. They are great shoes, if you can get them to fit right!

Great shoe if you're looking for a lavender shoe - not the gray color I expected.

This boot fit much narrower than 2 different styles I own from the same brand which I love. Sizing up made the length too long. Too bad because it is a very cute style.

I have owned a pair of these in size 40 for years and years and they are finally wearing out. I ordered these in the same size, but now they're too small. I'll order the next size up.

This little boot would have been exactly what I wanted--a slight heel and stylish--but it's really small all over. Returning them.

These were so small that I couldn’t put them on my feet. They even looked two sizes too small when I pulled them out. I thought it was a mistake or that I had ordered the wrong size. I ordered my usual size.

They are adorable boots and I wish they would have worked. I ordered a size up as others said they ran small. The fit was good but there was a weird wrinkle at the ankle and the arch support felt very strange, too far back. I love my other arcopedico boots but these did not work out.

When the fit is right, I love this brand. This style was so small and narrow that I could hardly believe that it was the same size as the ones I love. Weird!

Too small to get on.

I have several pairs of Arcopedico shoes / boots and I always wear a size 39. These boots are labeled at size 39 however they are far too small and tight compared to my other pairs. Disappointing because they are just what I wanted and my other taller boots like this are the most comfortable ones i own.

These won’t work for me here in Oregon when it’s cold and rainy all winter. I tried these on when they arrived and they chilled my poor, already cold feet. ?? They are too thin and these are too small; I have to size up when wearing winter socks,

uncomfortable. Would like refund.

Loved this shoe and have worn this brand in other slip-on styles for many, many years. But my regular shoe size in this boot ran much too small and unfortunately, next size up proved to be too long and also too wide, including top of boot around lower leg. So sorry....I tried to like it. Perfect styling, bad fit!

I have three pair of Arcopedico short boots. All are size 39. They are wonderful, comfortable and stylish. This newest pair is size 39. My foot can not get into the darn boot. If this is truly an 8 ½ - 9, I must wear a size 12. I'd love to get another pair but I don't trust the sizing.

Too small to get on. I expected these to have more give. Sending back.
