the slippers and shoes that I purchased stretched out so they are too big now and I can't wear them. Less than six months and less then wearing them twice a week. The boots that I tried to return I never got a response back. They are too big. In one style I might wear a 7 or under, something else is an 8. It's a guessing game. the second pair of boots that I purchased went on sale right after I bought them. I tried contacting UGG but it was Christmas Season so I did not get a reply or a refund. Too much hassle to deal with and not worth the price when they stretch out. Sad, the slippers my sister gave me 6 years ago are great.

When I got my order it had the wrong packaging slip. I had to exchange for a different size. I had to print off a EXCHANGE label to return fr a EXCHANGE the order. But instead of exchanging them they refunded them back to my card.

I opened my beautiful box so happy to get these and I just walked down the hall in my home and These are just too flat and there's no support to walk so pretty but not comfortable I love uggs but not this product I do believe you have something different and beautiful I hope you can improve the structure of this slipper I did recommend to my friends but then retracted

Super disappointment in the 'cheesy' makeup of this shoe. LOVE the 'UGG' across the toes, but the overall quality just disappointed.

I ordered the exact same pair in the blush pink. The did not fit at all. Had to return.

They are comfy but the fur keeps coming off and shedding and I just got them yesterday..

The top part of the toe bed area was tight and uncomfortable. In addition, the label on the top does not look like "UGG". Now we'll designed

These slippers were not comfortable. They were very hard, not much cushion and didn't seem to bend at all

Most UGG products are fabulous! These slippers fall short of the mark. They don't seem to meet your usual quality guidelines. I have to say that I would not recommend them. They aren't comfortable and the back seems to hit my heel in the wrong spot.

Cheap materials on uppers, plastic soles, I'll-fitting, these slippers are just imitations of the original Uggs. High shipping fees both ways added an extra level of disappointment.

I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the product. Being a long time UGG customer, recently I have noticed the quality of the producer go downhill. I have called customer service to express my disappointment, and found out that they are now outsourcing their manufacturing warehouse is in China and Vietnam.

Sorry to say but I tried them on and immediately knew I was returning them. Very stiff and not much padding in the slipper.

I was so hoping these would be comfortable but they are not! The description states that they have Treadlite so that is comfortable but not with these. They fit very narrow so you better buy a size up! No cushioning whatsoever! I usually wear the Aria slippers. I do have a pair of Coquette's and I feel like they are hard but at least they are true to size! These slippers just are not true to size! I felt like my feet were in a chokehold!
