This product isn't the same as the old style , at that many returns were being made on this new style of boot. The Lida ugg isn't made to fit different foot shapes many woman have complained about this boot. Due to the leather attachment near the ankle it's very hard to get your foot in the shoe. Trying on three different sizes and was still in discomfort, decided to get full refund not a good shoe.

My boots are black & the top of the right boot has a white lining that showed through, where the fur didn't lay down. Therefore, I had to return them. I'm hopeful that the new pair will come without this same issue. I am really looking forward to them coming because they are really cute.

I Do Not Like The New Version, The Cut Is Very Different From The Previous Release. Im Normally A 5 In Womens & When I Attempted To Try Them On I Couldnt Get My Foot Inside Then When I Did It Felt Like My Circulation Was Being Cut Off. If You Buy This Product Go Up A Size. Ugg Shouldve Kept This Style Like Previous Release Im Very Upset i Had To Return Them Due To The Changes They Made.

Did not fit as expected way too small. The cut of the boot is not like a classic ugg

I wear a size 8.5 in women's, I ordered a size 9 just in case they ran alittle big. The 9 didn't fit at all.

This is not how it looks. Ugg changed this boot up a lot different and it is now very ugly. Very minimal fur and it does not look like the photo. Don't buy it.

I bought these boot during the sale and I'm not sure if that's why I received this quality but the fur was not soft as I ran my fingers threw it became tangled it was short in length. My friend has a different color that's why I purchased. Disappointed

They are to narrow but they are cute

I really fell in love with these boots when I saw them and was excited when they finally arrived however, when I took them out of the box, I immediately noticed that they were shedding really bad. The fur was matted in some spots and coming off in chunks. I've never had a pair if uggs do this. I'm highly dissatisfied and need to return them.

Ive wanted these for years and now theyre made NARROW and THIN, I usually wear an 8 in Uggs, ordered these in a 9 and still were unable to get my foot past the ankle area. Excitement of finally owning a pair down the drain! So disappointed, bring back the old version id definitely purchase.

The boots are absolutely gorgeous! It's unfortunate that when it comes to manufacturing, Uggs is inconsistent in sizing. I own 12 different styles of Uggs. All are a size 8. Even the ones that some reviews said were a bit narrower, like my Karas( the one w/ arch support). So, of course I ordered my regular size 8 but as it turns out it was way too small . I'm not sure the next size up would have fit. Maybe had there been a 10 but by the time I got these (about 10days) all sizes were gone. This one is very narrow in the shaft as well as the ankle. I never made it to the toes. That's how small this was.

I received my boots and they look nothing like the picture they are very narrow they run small I could not get my feet in them and the fur hairs are very short not long like the picture I will be returning

Run very small made very differently from 2016 release I wear a 8 couldn't get my foot inside at all !

This boot in does not even feel like it is made by Ugg's. I was so disappointed after trying them on after receiving them for the holidays. I have so many pairs of uggs and these just bummed me out. Hopefully I can return them.

I purchased the boots with the 60% off discount code and Ugg canceled my order and refunded my money. They said it was a glitch in the system which isn't the consumer's fault. All the orders should've been honered and I'm done with this brand and company. They ruined my Xmas, as I had sent some boots to my granddaughters only to have them canceled.

Very disappointed with these uggs they run narrow and look fake! The front of the boot looks fake. I hope uggs will not make all of their boots look narrow. I have been wearing uggs for years and own over 100 boots! I will be returning them they look like a knock off from China town!!!

The style of the boot is not the same like the Original design they first come out with . They are hard the front is slightly pointy I prefer a round toe!! I'm so disappointed

I bought these in seal and they are nothing like what is pictured. The shearling drops (for want of better description) is very thin. I've tried shaking the boot out to see if I could get the volume that the UGG site shows and nothing happens. Maybe the black or the white versions are more thick, but the gray (seal) version is not what is pictured. Extremely thin. Definitely returning.

The grey colored ones are ugly! They look NOTHING like the picture. I'm not happy with my order!

The foot part is wayy too long. I like the original one they came out with last year.
