I was so excited to see the fluff boots back. I bought a black pair 4-5 years ago and ever single time I wear them I get compliments. These new ones were so tight and narrow I had to go up an entire size and they are still very snug. They don't have the typical "ugg" boot that I could live in. They feel more formal. I don't know, they are ok and I will keep them but it was a letdown.

These boots are very narrow and not as comfortable as most designs. I love the design though and how they stretch! The boots are cute but took me 4 orders to get a pair that actually matched and was longer hair like shown in the picture. In the end the Length was not exact but happy to find something I could live with.

Boot is super narrow

I have been wanting a pair of these gorgeous Ugg boots for a long time. Finally splurged and purchased a pair. When I received them, I was so disappointed to find that they weren't cut like Classic Ugg boots. Instead they are very narrow. This is not noted in the description. Sending them back... so disappointed! I wanted these to work!

Wish it had bling on it!

Like the boots, however not what I wanted so I returned them. I got the Lida boot and the classic short Mongolian cuff boot mixed up, they need to bring back the regular Mongolian cuff boots . These are made to look cheap, not a fan. Almost thought they sent me fake uggs.

Boots are super cute and I adore them. However, I had to return because of the fit. The opening of the boot is so narrow I couldn't even get my foot in them. So disappointed because I wanted to add these babies to my collection. Anyone looking to purchase these, be prepared to order a size up.

TOO SMALL!!! These boots are beautiful. Unfortunately I had to return them because opening is too narrow and I can't get more then my toes into them. I read all of the reviews about the issue and ordered up a size, but still could not get in them. When I returned them, the manager said so many people were returning them for the same reason. I hope they redesign these boots because I will purchase them again.

The fur is very much shorter than the picture I was better off purchasing the ones with the short fur because they look just alike

Cute but they are not true to size when ordering go up one size

I love the look of these but they are impossible to get on and off. I'm an 8.5 shoe size and I ordered them in a 9 and they are still so very tight....especially where the boot goes form being vertical to horizontal. Once they are on they are fine...but the process to get them on makes me not want to wear them.

It is narrow! Cute boot however it doesn't look like the picture and that's a bit deceiving ...I kept it ....I would've bought the black and grey if it looked like the picture. I bought a new insole to replace the flat one it comes with which made the boot a bit more comfortable

These are a nice style but the shoe is very narrow! & you have to watch out for the way the fur looks on the boot. Some time it may be to much fur and another might be less.

I am a size 11. I could not get my foot down the shaft. I was told by the store staff that they are made narrower this year. someone with a size 11 foot does not need a narrow shaft. I would have bought them, it's a shame

They aren't as fluffy in person and they run narrow so order a size up

VERY UNCOMFORTABLE TO WEAR, I HAD TO RETURN THIS ITEM FOR A REFUND, THEIR NOT CUT LIKE THE CLASSIC UGGS, THEY RUN VERY SMALL AROUND THE ANKLES SO YOUR FOOT CANT EVEN GO INSIDE THE BOOTS.

The shoe didn't fit...you have to go up two sizes and the fur was matted!

Well as you know UGGs so we'll always have a great quality to the item but as far as this specific boots it was not what I expected at all. So I actually returned them and purchased another new total different boot.

I have written 2 very honest 1 star reviews (about 2 months ago and 1 month ago) and NEITHER were ever posted. Not sure why I'm bothering to write a third review. I have even reached out to Ugg to question where my reviews were and no response. I do write very positive reviews for many of my purchases but for me, this one did not deserve it. I was so excited to finally get these boots in black in my size on sale. When they arrived, they looked nothing like the picture. The fur reminded me of an unkempt dog. It was also MUCH shorter than pictured. I liked the yeti look of these boots but on the pair I received you could see a good portion of the shaft. Not posting my less than positive reviews makes me wonder how many others have not been posted. This may not have deterred me from buying and trying for myself but at least I would have had realistic expectations! Your loyal customers (like me) deserve better, Ugg! Good quality (which you have) and honesty (which I now question) earn repeat customers!!!

These boots are so cute online. I ordered them expecting to be getting my new favorite boots. Sadly, when they arrived they looked nothing like the pictures. The fur is much shorter, exposing some of the boot shaft. The fur is also less "fluffy" and full than pictured. They are more narrow than the classics. Plan to order up a size.

The boot I received looked nothing like the picture. The fur was too short and didn't come all the way down the shaft of the boot as shown in the picture. I was really excited about receiving these in the mail and I was highly disappointed. I had to return them.

The boot is poorly made. The sole was detached from the boot. The quality of fur is so cheap. I sent it back and I was not refunded for my shipping cost. I am so disappointed!

These boots are not worth the price..compared to the original Mongolian sheep boots ugg really dropped the ball on these ones..plus they cost more for less boot..shipping was horrible both ways..never again

The new design is nothing like the ones from last year and the year before that. Very narrow and run very small, I could barely get my foot in them and not as much fur on the outside as the old style.

I had seen these boots on someone a few years ago and loved them. I finally decided to order them for myself and was disappointed. First off, the sizing is smaller than classic Ugg boots - I have several pairs of Uggs in several styles that are all a perfect fitting size 7. The Lida's are more narrow, which means needing to go up a size. Knowing this, I ordered an 8 and they fit great. The look, however, was not as pictured. The "fluff" is much shorter than shown, leaving part of the boot shaft visible. It also appears less full and not as curly as pictured on the website. I REALLY wanted to like these boots but they will probably be returned!
