I really fell in love with these boots when I saw them and was excited when they finally arrived however, when I took them out of the box, I immediately noticed that they were shedding really bad. The fur was matted in some spots and coming off in chunks. I've never had a pair if uggs do this. I'm highly dissatisfied and need to return them.

Ive wanted these for years and now theyre made NARROW and THIN, I usually wear an 8 in Uggs, ordered these in a 9 and still were unable to get my foot past the ankle area. Excitement of finally owning a pair down the drain! So disappointed, bring back the old version id definitely purchase.

Very comfortable and stylish

These boots are made very well, from quality materials and are super warm and comfy. They run true to size as well. I did purchase protectant for them and was sure to spray them prior to first wearing, I'm sure they will last for many years. Now the down side - they are exceedingly difficult to get on for the first few wearings. The shaft height is high and these boots run narrower than others I've purchased from UGG. There is no leather tab at the back of the boot to pull them up, so you have to pull the fur, gently, to finally get your foot in. The good news is, as expected, after a few wears they soften up around the ankle and are easier to put on.

These are not only comfortable and warm but oh so CHIC!!!!!!i love them!

I usually wear a size 9.5 in shoes, a 10 in boots, 9 in sandals. I LOVED the color and the fur but the boots were just too hard to put on. Also, the fur just got sucked in to the boot when I tried to put them on. The color is gorgeous; the fur was a little skimpy and there needs to be a gusset or some way to keep the fur out of the boot.

Boot was nice but to narrow for my foot. Had to return it

Very comfortable and warm. Love them.

They were a little tight at first, but after me wearing them they stretched. I was about to send them back. I read the reviews after I bought them everyone was saying they were tight and I understand but after wearing them they do stretch.

The fur is very much shorter than the picture I was better off purchasing the ones with the short fur because they look just alike

I ordered these boots on line from UGG after reading the reviews from others I made my size choice, I am an 8 and that's what I ordered. They were in stock & arrived in a few days. They were a little tight getting on & off & the vamp felt snug. But my toes were not touching so I decided to keep them & the more I wear them the more comfortable they become. Ive been actually wearing them everyday due to current NY weather conditions. They are super cute & keep my feet toasty without socks! In fact they warm up the rest of me too!!

This boot is by far the cutest boot EVER!!! I normally wear a 5 in uggs classic but after reading the reviews I decided to size up to a 6 and they fit perfectly....... So size up for a comfortable fit

Nice but are made very narrow so please order 1size up- hard time putting on boots because if narrow they are cut returned them for 1size up easier to put on but now whole size too big!

The boots are absolutely gorgeous! It's unfortunate that when it comes to manufacturing, Uggs is inconsistent in sizing. I own 12 different styles of Uggs. All are a size 8. Even the ones that some reviews said were a bit narrower, like my Karas( the one w/ arch support). So, of course I ordered my regular size 8 but as it turns out it was way too small . I'm not sure the next size up would have fit. Maybe had there been a 10 but by the time I got these (about 10days) all sizes were gone. This one is very narrow in the shaft as well as the ankle. I never made it to the toes. That's how small this was.

I received my boots and they look nothing like the picture they are very narrow they run small I could not get my feet in them and the fur hairs are very short not long like the picture I will be returning

I have had beige and black ones I've worn for years and had to have the gray and another beige this year! Never get tired of the look!

Cute but they are not true to size when ordering go up one size

Beautiful boot ....... but for me it ran 2 sizes small. Instead of ordering a size 10 had to order a size 12 .

I was so excited to see the fluff boots back. I bought a black pair 4-5 years ago and ever single time I wear them I get compliments. These new ones were so tight and narrow I had to go up an entire size and they are still very snug. They don't have the typical "ugg" boot that I could live in. They feel more formal. I don't know, they are ok and I will keep them but it was a letdown.
