I like the look of these, but find them a little baggy on sides, I tend to have a narrow foot though. The laces lace under on the top holes, so it is difficult to tighten them up. They have tassels on the end of the laces so they can't be reversed. As I mentioned I like the style and they are comfortable, but they don't seem well made. The sole is good, but the upper seems flimsy. They are made in China with European sizing. I ordered my first pair and they were a huge size 6.5-7.0. They fit my daughter who wears a size 8.5. I ordered a size down and they were too small. I called Spring Step company and they said, "90% are made in Italy and the other 10% in China or elsewhere. He said, it's a quality control issue with their China made shoes. I ordered a 2 more pair in 2 colors in my regular size and they fit. Out of the 4 pair, all were made in China. I thought I'd at least get one pair made in Italy so I could get a quality shoe. Not worth the money!

These shoes were actually pretty comfortable. I wore it just a few minutes around the house. Then I noticed the warning on description. They contain cancer causing and dangerous chemicals. These shoes flew back in their box and shipped back immediately .

Not an olive green, more like a mushroom color.

I have 3 pairs of older Spring Step shoes. Most shoes are too narrow in the toe box and vamp for my feet, but wide sizes are too loose in the heel and ankle. But my old Spring Steps fit my feet beautifully. Hence, I ordered 2 more pairs of Spring Step boots to try. Now, I know that the L'Artiste line they carry are much narrower and don't fit me, but I had good reason to believe other Spring Step comfort shoes would fit. They don't! Both these and the Yili's are narrower in front. I am so bummed! An entire brand that I really relied on has apparently redesigned their fit, and is no longer available to me. boo hoo hoo
