LOVE! These are the best heels I have ever worn! I needed some new black heels, and my feet are very picky. I have prescription orthotics, and since this heel has a removable insole, I thought I would give it a try. The insoles that come in the shoe were even better than my custom orthotics. There is a heel cup, arch support and a metatarsal bump. I have not been in this little pain at the end of a long night since my twenties. At first, I thought these shoes were a little too small. I had also ordered shoes from brands like Clarks, Born, Mephisto, Earth and Sofft. Those all felt like the right size, but still the slightly-too-small Tamaris shoes seemed more comfortable. I took a chance and wore them out. So glad I did. Usually, the balls of my feet are killing me within the first half hour, but I did not think about my feet all night. For me, the amount of padding is not the key to comfort. I need a shoe that shifts the body weight so that some of it is back on the heel. These do that. Zappos, please carry more of these Tamaris shoes with the Heart and Sole feature! I am so excited to have discovered these!

It runs large for me. The size did suggest a range, but I tried it anyway. Cute shoe for work. Great heel width.
