Sherpani bags are great. Durable and spacious.

Perfect daily bag for work (teacher). Holds my laptop along with papers and some books when necessary. I had been looking for a scaled down bag and this lands perfectly in the Goldilocks range. Ive also used it for quick overnight trips.

Loved this bag. Made my decision by reading the reviews of the ones who purchase before me. They were not wrong! I used as my backpack/purse on a trip to California. I am 5‘3“ and I watch for backpacks that are spacious but not wide and bulky. I love the reinforced opening at the top made it so much easier to get in and get what you needed; also provided another layer of security.

The bag is great. I had to return it because my laptop didnt fit. My laptop is 13 measured lengthwise. I went with the Soleil instead (found it used on ebay), and although its a little bulkier, I am happy with it!

This bag is so convenient and well thought out. Im petite (51) and I hate carrying around a large, bulky backpack, but I need enough space for all of my everyday and travel needs. Im constantly looking for the perfect casual backpack thats durable but doesnt look too technical, and I think the Dispatch may have won. Its a good all day out exploring kind of bag: It fits my tablet, small notebook, large 40 oz water bottle, smaller 16 oz tumbler for coffee/tea, small cosmetics bag, chargers, a small snack, headphones, and a battery pack all inside the main compartment alone. I love that the bag keeps its structure when both empty and full, and the opening mechanism makes it super easy to put it and take out items. Its also surprisingly comfortable given the relatively thin straps. My only criticism is that it doesnt have a luggage passthrough sleeve, which would make it even more perfect for traveling.

I have spent years trying to find the perfect work bag - and this is it. Plenty of room for my laptop and accessories, and still room for my water bottle, keys, phone, & wallet. I have traveled several times with this - easy to carry and fits everything I need for work.

This bag is so ROOMY! So much space and pockets for essentials and more. I also love that it stands up on its own. And yes, you can use one strap to wear cross-body style. The closure can be a little awkward, but not enough to be a problem and it’s getting easier with use. I have lost count of how many Sherpani bags I have purchased over the years because of the style, quality and value.

Great large bag. It is sturdy and has great pockets. I used this and take it everywhere. The straps are perfect to free up your hands.

This is my second Dispatch bag! The first one lasted two years (of complete daily use) and broke at the place most likely to give-out on this particular bag: the zipper. The zipper is definitely the biggest (and only) “con” on this bag as it has a thin metal wire on either side to open it like an old-school doctors bag. While it was never enough to stop me from loving the bag, it could be highly inconvenient if you were in a hurry or just needed a quick grab. Beyond that, two years of great use… and now onto my second Dispatch. Fantastic quality! I’m 5’1” and have to be careful about the size of bag I use but this is spot-on. All the right pockets in all the right places. Great color options, versatile functionality as bag or backpack. Definitely a must-have! Will continue to purchase these as my daily bag!

So far I love this bag! It’s durable and the material seems sturdy. The size is perfect for work. I love that I can change the straps. It’s very sturdy and I like that the top is rigid when opening. I love the contrasting black/white with yellow. The water bottle holder pockets are stretchy and fit all sizes, you could want.

Use it all the time

Stylish, practical and good quality but way bigger than I expected. The picture with the model cut out makes it appear about half the size that it actually is.

I LOVE this bag. It's stylish and functional. It's not too big. It's the perfect bag for work and for traveling. I've used it as a tote and a backpack so far, and I like it both ways. I also love that it has so many storage compartments.

Got this as a day pack for a trip to Japan. Not to big and not too small, will easily hold the contents of my purse, water, snacks, umbrella, and probably a light jacket too.

Wanted to like it but it was too small for my needs. Was meant to be use as an everyday diaper bag to carry: foldable portable potty seat, x2 water bottles, snack bag, my tiny wallet, thin sweaters for when the girls got cold. Very well made however hence the five stars.

I love this bag. It is so versitile! Not too big, but yet good and roomy. Good inside pockets to organize wallet, sunglasses, keys, work badges and much more. I have the large iphone and it fits perfectly in the outside pocket for quick access.

Love this backpack. My laptop also fits which was a bonus!

The bag is well made. I used it for trips of various lengths. The straps are kind of thin. The top closure is kind of a bummer (medicine bag like). I still use it but its not my fave.

The back straps could be a little less flimsy. The wire at the top is nice but it doesn't snap open/stay like I thought.

Have been looking for a good bag to use for commuting, that doesn't look too much like a school backpack. This bag is perfect. Looks professional is is comfortable when worn as a backpack. I agree with others about the wire in the opening feeling a little flimsy but I suspect if they used a heavier (stronger) wire, it would add to the weight. This bag is lightweight yet sturdy. It also has enough room for my lunch. One thing I would have liked is an outside zipper section on the outside closest to my back. I am afraid to put anything valuable in the outward facing zipper part for fear someone could unzip it and remove the contents. Other than that, good bag.

Size was good. I like the way it looks and the way it opens from the top. Im returning it because the shoulder straps are too thin to be comfortable and it didn’t work as a crossbody bag.

I really wanted to love this bag. I was looking for a convertible backpack and the purple color on this was a bonus. When I received it though, it wasn't what I was looking for. It was too tall and thin, and felt more like a briefcase than a purse (which is what I would use it as). I also didn't like the effort it took to zip it. You definitely need two hands which I know would start to irritate me when paying at stores. Sadly I decided to return it.

Don’t like the style, seems like a lunch bag.
