These training shoes are very comfortable with great heel support. The size is spot on. I have gotten all my workout shoes from Ryka for several years. I can depend on the quality, comfort and fit. I would recommend these shoes.

I bought this shoe1 week ago and can't believe how great they fit. Over the years I have bought just about every brand of training shoe and have never had a pair that fit me as well as these shoes!!!!!!

These are my favorite Rykas! I use them for daily Jazzercise classes and when they aren't as supportive for classes, I wear them to walk and garden. They always fit perfectly and provide great support.

On my feet all day as a nurse and need more cushion and good arch support than these offer, so don't work for me. Nice shoes but not as much cushioning in the fore foot, designed more for Zumba type dance moves as described...just thought I'd give them a try. Really like the Devotion series of Ryka shoes, except disappointed the last ones had a very thin tongue with little or no padding...but guess I'll give them another try since I like the cushioning and arch support they offer.

These sneakers are so amazing! I can put them on in the morning and keep them on all day. Usually I end up kicking off tie shoes after a couple of hours, but not these. The fit is so cushy and comfortable, yet there is great support for walking.
