Very comfortable chelsea boot, insole is padded and the small block heel is soft rubber. I don't think the back of the shoe will hold up over time, overall the shoe is very 'soft' and not as sturdy as some of the other pull on chelsea boots out there.

Super cute and comfortable

Really happy that I ordered these boots! They’re a classic that will never go out of style. I ordered my regular size 7. I think 7.5 would be too big. I have room to wear a thicker sock. Not disappointed!

The fit is great with a soft flexible leather. I like the quietness of the rubber heel. They have a great slimming appearance and they elongate the foot/ankle. Very flattering. Elastic is comfortable and quick to put on. May put in a foot cushion/liner to make extra nice for front toes/ball. Very classic and easy to wear with leggings or miniskirts.

Comfortable but no style. I like SM shoes but these are as basic as you can get. They look kind of frumpy. I think the pic looks better than the shoe does in person. My 20yr old daughter agreed. Will be returning them.

I loved these boots, so I was super disappointed when they started to fall apart after about six weeks of only moderate wear. First, the edges of the heels started to peel off. I was willing to ignore that even though it looked a little shabby, but then the sole started to pull away from the upper! I never wore them in rain, I didn't walk more than a few blocks in them, and yet they aged years in only weeks. Really a shame, because they were comfy out of the box and so stylish I got lots of compliments. Really a huge letdown.

I love the look and feel of these shoes---they are amazing and I got numerous compliments on them...However, I ordered these in November...didn't wear them until December and they are basically falling apart. They look like garbage now and Ive worn them two months? I wear them a lot. I don't really wear sneakers but I never wore them in the snow/rain and they are still falling apart. Pretty bummed. Not sure if I got a faulty pair or what but for $80.00 I expected to get more use out of them.
