The heels on the she were not stable, they seemed loose or not strong enough.

Very sexy shoe but not very comfy. It’s going back.

Very narrow in the toe area. I wear 4 1/2-5" heels every day and this shoe was so uncomfortable in the toe area I knew it wasn't going to be possible to wear these all day at work. It is a beautiful shoe, very well made, but the shoe is just so narrow in the front. Otherwise the heel height was comfortable (if you like high heels) but the narrow front could not be helped with a larger size because that was just going to make the shoe too big. Sadly, they are going back.

When I tried it on, I could immediately feel that the arch is too high and I would have issues walking in them. I love the style, but there is just no arch support...The material is stubborn and hard. I chose the rose gold and once I saw the color...I could barely see the pinkish hue...maybe it is because of the lighting. Overall, I had to return it. I just wanted something pink for my collection; unfortunately, this isn't it.

This shoe is very high in the arch, and runs very small. I wear an 8, but need 8.5. Will return and not re-order as the arch is too high anyway.

Very nice shoes style but the quality is bad. They are supposed to be leather but they look and feel like synthetic material.

I purchased a 9.5 and I could barely get it on my foot. I purchased Blue Suede - Nice color, True to color.

Really wanted to love this shoe! BUT, it has a killer high slope/angled arch which is a bit deceiving in the pics online. So at just over 4 inch heel makes it next to impossible to wear. I have platforms that are 4 inches and stilettos at almost the same height and can wear them with no problem. Not sure what happened with this design because I have other Steve Madden heels and they don't cause any issues. Unfortunately I can't return them because I put them on as I was heading to work. Will probably donate.

This shoe is beautiful but did fit small, with no arch support. Great shoe to pull an outfit together if you are going to a sit down dinner, not an all night dancing shoe.

So uncomfortable. I ordered a similar style from Nine West which are so much better. These have no traction on the bottom so they are extremely slippery. Very difficult to walk in. I do love the style and the look of these but unfortunately I can’t wear.

I love the style of these shoes but beware that the heals wear down way to quick. I have only wore them 3 times and am already down to the metal tips. Cute shoes but not worth the money for only a few wears. I’m disappointed by the quality.

Gorgeous shoe - no question! However, they are so, so uncomfortable. I ordered them for a specific dress/ event and they worked beautifully. My mistake? Not walking around in them prior to the event. I’ve never worn such uncomfortable and unsteady shoes - and I wear heels all the time. If you can handle the pain or if they cause you no pain - they are worth it. They are stunning and well priced; just didn’t work for me. :-(

Normally I am an 8.5 with any Steve Madden but this style was a whole size small and uncomfortable.

This blk., leather shoe had a broken heel (where heel meets the heel-cup) and was dangling off when I opened the box! It appears to have been a returned item (all the original packing missing) and was not sufficiently inspected before returning to stock! New pair already ordered since these were of the last two remaining of this product. Let's make sure product is not damaged before re-shipping to customer! Shoe return being processed.
