Irish Setter is owned by RedWing. I thought I'd save a little money and buy a pair at my local store, not here. There's a reason they're cheaper: the leather is thinner and the support isn't there. I prefer thicker sole, thicker leather. I still have them. I just wear on mowing jobs, I would not wear these on a construction job site... Otherwise, for cheap pair of boots for yard work, they're okay.

They fit perfectly and the material is awesome I am very very happy with them I will be getting shoes from you guys from now on cyz they are great quality and the price isn't too bad.. ( like I always say you get what you pay for ) and it is so true

The boots broke in after about 5 wears & feel comfortable. But lacing I don’t understand why at the top was a small hole used instead of a speed grab lace hook.?

I am on pair number 5 of these boots. I work telcom and wear these daily. Over 10 years in this job, I have tried all the major climbing brands, and I keep coming back to these from Irish Setter as the best out there. We work through the swamp, up the poles, and inside every attic, and these boots have held up great in every application.

I bought these boots over 3 years ago. I am always wearing them, regardless if Im in the woods, on the job, or everyday living. For years I have worn out every brand of boots in 6 months or a year. I went into my purchase with the same expectation. I have been extremely impressed and I will be purchasing another pair soon.

Most work boots I have purchased in the past have to go through a small "break in" period. I believe these will too. The leather seemed a little tough at first, but I know in time it will soften and stretch as all leather does. Zappos.com has the best customer service ever! They always take care of my needs and make sure I am pleased with my purchase.

Felt as if I was trying to walk with a bar across my arch and I like arch support.... Your toes won't hurt cse they don't touch they are held up by your arch
