I hope I can still return these, as I fully planned to keep them, so I wore them in town for about 30 min, and they rubbed skin off my heels. Completely unacceptable.

The ankle strap hit in the wrong spot and is extremely uncomfortable. (1/4 higher might actually work) I have tried it buckled tight and loose, neither works. Disappointing since this sandal is reasonably cute.

The strap on this shoe hurts. Very uncomfortable. I'm returning them.

These shoes are visually perfect but that’s it. They are not for walking around! I wore them to a conference that required walking to different buildings and the ankle strap cut into my heel/ankle badly. I’d return them if I could. Would not recommend.

these are super cute.... but they rub something awful at the top of the heel

Purchased these in a 7.5 and it fit beautifully on my left foot - but very tight on my right foot. So sad, as I have been looking for the perfect wedge and I thought I had found it! Have to return - but won't give up on my search!

I was so excited when I found these shoes. They looked so cute. When they arrived, I was surprised to find how stiff the sole was. I found them to be like walking on bricks. The sole did not bend! Other reviewers seem to think they are comfortable so it's worth trying them to see what you think and you can always return -- free shipping. Ah the beauty of Zappos. Now I just need to find another pair of navy espadrilles.....

Very cute "looking" shoe, but doesn't fit well at all. No flex in the sole, so walking is loud and uncomfortable. Straps near your toes are much tighter than I expected - and I don't have a wide foot. Top strap around ankle should either be placed lower/higher or have a bit of elasticity in it because it pulls awkwardly when walking. I love the look of these shoes, but unfortunately they just aren't comfortable or functional.

Super cute but incredibly uncomfortable. The toe straps rub. I now cringe when I look at these shoes cast off in the corner because they hurt so much. Lands End used to have super cute ankle strap espadrilles. I miss them a lot. These are not on that level.

Really wanted to love these shoes with so many navy dresses and slacks--but I wore them once for 5 minutes and couldn't even walk! Had to go back to hotel and change shoes. I've never returned a pair of shoes that I've worn, but these hurt so badly everywhere, so stiff, that I'm returning them after 1 wearing. Hope I can still get at least some refund. thanks.

These aren't my usual style shoe, however I was looking for something with a smaller heel that I could wear around in the summer without killing my feet. THESE AREN'T THAT SHOE. I wore them once, barely walked, and already had blisters on the back of my heels and my pinky toes. I wore these over a month ago and still have marks on my heels from the blisters they were so bad. What a waste of money. I don't recommend.
