Really like the look of these casual boots. I am fan of the brand. I ordered my usual size 40 and they were short and a bit too narrow for comfort. I also ordered size 41 and glad I did. This size feels "right" in length and width. My personal orthotics fit in nicely and wore all day just out of the box. This boot is made of quality soft leather. Just wish they were weather resistant/waterproof like other pikolinos boots I own. But glad was patient for color and size to come in. Once again thank you zappos for having a decent selection of footwear with removal insoles and such an easy return policy.

I LOVE MY NEW WINE COLORED BOOTS! I wear size 8.5 and ordered the equivalent. They fit perfectly! They were immediately comfortable and they keep my feet warm. I bought my first pair of Pikolinos in Spain 18 months ago. I have worn only those boots if I wasn’t wearing sandals. That old black pair is still beautiful after all the use but I was ready to switch it up. The old ones still smell like leather inside and I haven’t even had to replace the laces, after a year and a half of constant use! So I bought the exact same pair in a different color! These boots are so well made, comfortable, adorable, just the best. I recommend buying your regular shoe size. You won’t regret the purchase. They are worth ever penny!

I love this shoe. Bought it last year in the burgundy. And had to have it in navy too. Goes with jeans, leggings, pants, skirts, for work or play. I love edginess with a nice outfit too. I have a narrow and slim foot, so I use an orthotic with my sox and it’s a perfect fit.

Pikolinos are my absolute favorite brand, even if I sometimes am unsure of sizing depending on the style (either 37 or 38). These felt true to size (my usual 37) but if you want a thicker sock, go up. Very stylish and comfy. I did buy both sizes to be sure..as I hate it when the size I need is sold out. That said, I find the inside of the top of the shaft on the 37 is very “rounded” and protrudes enough to rub a little too much, whereas the 38 is flat and much more comfortable. So I’ll be re ordering these in 37 to see if a different pair is less rounded. Thx Zappos for your excellent and fast customer service!!

I’ve bought a pair of these in blue every year for the last 4 years. Unfortunately the blue no longer has the brown border by the toes or the brown by the heel that goes up vertically toward the ankle. Instead it’s the same blue as the shoe,and without the contrast it’s just not as pretty.

These boots are very cute, and seem to be very well made. I wish they worked for me. They have very little padding underneath; the innersole is very thin. It's removable, but the shoe isn't deep enough to allow for my orthotic. Also, they have a very strong odor. Wouldn't have been enough to make me send them back, but was very noticeable.

Absolutely beautiful! I ordered a size 10.5-11 (EU 41), but received a 39. I ordered 1 size larger than I normally take because I have purchased Pikolinos in the past and found them to run a little small. This shoe does run a little small as well, so they have to be returned. The leather is not as super soft as my other Pikolinos. But oh my gosh they are so beautiful.

My favorite boots, very comfortable. Looks great on the feet. Highly recommend

The Lisboa is stylish and comfortable to walk in, requiring no time to “break in” for comfort. I enjoyed these enough to purchase a second pair in a different color, something I rarely do because it’s difficult to find shoes that I genuinely enjoy wearing. I occasionally develop Plantar Fasciitis, regardless of what shoes I wear, so I replaced the insoles with ones that help the foot pain.

These books are very comfy. The only place that may need broken in is the back of my leg at the top of the boot. I have loosen the laces but still a little stiff. This is only with the right boot. I normally order a size 9 in a boot. The euro for 9 is a little short for a thick sock. I like the rubber sole. No loud noise when walking. I would buy these again.

These shoes are really comfortable, but run small. This is the second pair of Pikolonos boots that I ordered, and I sized up on both of them.The leather is soft and the shoe seems to be well made.

..WOW! First time I bought Pikolinos' shoes.... The Spaniards sure know how to make beautiful and comfortable shoes! I'm very impressed with this blue "Lisboa" I just bought! Must admit this is a $200 shoes I'm happy to buy... beautiful, very comfortable and super light. At first, upon opening the box, from the look of it, I thought, "This looks too narrow! I'm going to have trouble with these shoes, with bunion and toes cramp, and will have to send them back...." On the contrary! I am size 7.5, so I ordered size 38.... upon putting them on.... Wow! Am totally wrong by judging it from the look, not narrow at all. Nice spacey toe box, for a "medium" width, I actually have room to wiggle my toes, and my bunion on right foot is happy with no pressure or cramp at all, the leather is very soft, don't think they would need breaking into at all.... AND they are super light weight! There is no arch support in this style, which is no big deal to me bec I'm planning on switching the insoles to my orthotic soles anyway. I'm tempting to get another pair of this "Lisboa" style.

Bought my normal size and they fit great, comfortable right out of the box!

Because of the "reviews" I bought the next size up, thinking it might run a bit small. It was a good idea! I recently had surgery on my right foot and my foot still swells a bit, these boots are perfect because the laces allow for comfort. It gives my foot a bit of ankle support and I never felt that the boots needed to be "broke in." The leather is soft and I'm very happy with them.

Zappo used the size of the sneakers I bought to size my shoes. It worked perfectly.

I am a Pikolinos fan but sometimes their sizing is a bit different and I think you really have to try every pair on. Depending on the shoes, I wear a 36 or 37. In these, I am a 36. They fit perfect. The color is beautiful (I have them in navy as well as a yellowish/camel color that Zappos doesn't have). They are both gorgeous, different, wear well and are comfortable. I will say that they fit a bit wider than other Pikolino's I have. I will also say that I have friends that absolutely cannot wear this brand because they think they are too narrow. The ONLY small really picky complaint Have is that the laces are waaaaaaaaayyyyyy too long so they have to be triple knotted. I have worn these all over the cobblestones of Europe and I find them to be very comfortable. Nice, sticky, ridgy rubber sole.

This is my first time with the Pikolinos Lisboa and it's the most beautifully upper boot I've ever had and the most expensive. The materials are so fine and the look of the boot is extraordinary. Very well constructed. I wear a 10.5-11 shoe and in EU size 42. I was a bit leary because your site said that a size 42 goes up to size 12 but that's not very accurate. These were perfect right from the box with the exception of the inner sole, which is as hard as a rock almost. I was so surprised to feel no support or ample padding. At the price they ask one shouldn't have to go out and buy a good insole to make this boot totally perfect. My 3/4 length Vionic insole is beneficial because I need the decent room in the toe box to be comfortable. I put them on without socks but I could use a very thin sock if needed. However, the inside of the boot is such beautifully soft leather it was great as is. The back of this boot is so pretty to look at the way it's designed. The padding on the inner side of the tongue is awesome and the Pikolinos logo patch makes it even cuter. I'm 77 and this wonderful boot makes me feel like I'm 23 again......so cute, so comfortable and so nice to look at. I wear such a large size that I was very attracted to the fact that the laces came down far towards the toe of the boot and that makes the length seem visibly much shorter...soooo glad!

Walked all over Scotland, including the Highlands, very, very comfortable. Have had them (2 pairs) for 3+ years.

I LOVE these boots! They get SO MANY COMPLIMENTS! First off, they actually make my feet look 'smaller', which I like :-). Then what I love most is that they're perfect for year-round; they are not too chunky looking (and too warm) that would define them as a winter boot, and in the warmer months, they just have a sleek look to them even less chunky than tennys! Fit was great, comfortable out of the box! Wears like a comfy sneaker, super cute and goes with everything. Only potential con is that they scratch very easily on the toe, but I find it kind of adds to the charm of the shoe. We’ll see how they hold up over the next few months, but so far so good! Have gotten lots of compliments!!

I put myself on the list to be informed if these became available after they were out of stock for a while--totally worth the wait! About fit: I wear a 7WW in most american shoes. I had tried the 38 (a size I have worn in Børn boots), which were too narrow. I wasn't sure if the 39 would be too long. They are a little bit long, but not enough to look or feel weird. The reason I could make these work for my wide foot is that the lacings go down to the ball of the foot, so I could loosen the laces where I needed a little more room. About support: The included insole is fairly cushy, but low in the arch for me. Fortunately, the insole is easily removable and can be replaced with the insole or orthotic you prefer. I personally inserted a Superfeet 3/4 dress-shoe insole and then re-installed the original Pikolino insole, giving me arch support and cushion, and leaving all the space I need in the ball of the foot. The only thing that would make these better is if they came in wide widths. About style: Cute, in a bada** way. My job splits light warehouse and office work, so I like to look sharp and also keep my feet comfy and secure. These are the perfect balance for me. The bronze fittings and lacing hooks have a faintly steam-punk aesthetic. The two-tone color scheme and translucent-dyed finish are interesting without being too precious. I will likely use some polish or leather dye to tint the beige brand tag on the front of the tongue--it is too prominent. Overall: Love these! They feel like good quality, and I hope they will last, 'cause I am already wearing them a lot. I would like to get more of the available colors! -i.o.
