I'm a butcher and have to have good waterproof boots. Irish Setter are always a go to. These boots really are a true fit and by far the best boots I've owned. If they're a little tight when you first put them on that's good, they stretch to fit more than most. Zappos is always first class service. Definitely 5 stars for the boots and for Zappos

[Disclaimer: I’m writing this review after just wearing them around the house… I haven’t had them outside in the snow, worn them for months, etc.] These boots are amazing in pretty much every regard. I purchased seven (7) different slip-on boots, both high and low styles (Oboz Big Sky, Kamik Champlain, Merrell Moab Rover low & high, Keen Anchorage III (which I also love and am keeping, for a low, North Face Chilkat III Low (which I’m also keeping for a low “duck” boot) These Irish Setters have amazing fit, snug and comfortable, no heal slippage at all, insulated, insulated, waterproof, a snug top (not super wide top like some slip-ons), relatively easy to pull on, awesome sole, rubber toe, safety toe (but not metal, which is good!) and they look super awesome! They’ve just exceeded my expectations enormously. They are pricey at $179

I bought the boots for work. I walk about 6 miles per day on a concrete floor. First, they felt great right out of the box. Since the were composite toe, I ordered a half size larger and wide. Great fit. At first I thought the heel was a little hard, but it's not like that after walking the second week in them. I recommend you wear cotton socks in them because the insole is a little "slick". Maybe that will sort itself out too. After a 10 hour shift, my feet aren't hurting or anything like that. I can't wait until they're fully broken in. We'll see how they hold up after a few months. I haven't tested them in standing water. I recommend these boots.

I wear a 9.5, the shoe felt half size bigger. I should of purchased a size 9 in boots as I regularly do. I asked customer service about my size situation (I told him in boots I wear 9 and in sneakers I’m a perfect 9.5, he told me to get 9.5 because he said it was true to the fit. I should of listened to my gut).

I work in a paper mill. On my feet a lot Walk in a lot of water and cheimal. Its hot in the summer time cold in the winter. I usually get 6 months out of a pair of boots .These I can get a good year before they start to leak or get to where my feet hurt. They are light and my feet don't get hot. This is my fifth pair. I go thur at least 2 pair of new insoles.

These are large safety boots and must be rated as such. They are surprisingly light in weight for all that they are. I stand for 10+ hours and they are reasonably comfortable for an all-day wear. The arch support is decent. I have not tested their waterproof claim, but the materials indicate they will be. It took about a day of wearing around the house to get them broken in enough to wear to work. That is a short break-in time in my experience. I took them on one four-mile hike and, again, they were comfortable and supportive. That was in their first week of use and they should only improve. I like the grip and traction of the sole - no slipping or sliding. I will leave the style assessment to the individual.
