I purchased the tights in a medium - I'm 5"11", 145lbs with an slender/athletic build & I run cold - (as in I get cold rather easily). The mediums fit, but they were a tiny bit too tight, squeezing my thighs & leaving that awkward crotch gap. I gave them to my daughter (5"7", 135lbs, average/juniors build) and purchased them in a large. My daughter loves them and they fit her great! We are headed to Iceland in a few months and I needed a good base layer. As soon as I tried them on, my legs were instantly warm. They are the thickness of my compressionZ pants, with the warmth of my fleece sweatpants. Bonus, I could pull them off as regular leggings! I will update once I test them out under extreme conditions - i.e. the barn, which is a balmy 0-20 degrees and windy in the fields. Then when you ride you get warm, so I'll post with how they hold up & if they work under riding pants. If they pass that test, I have no doubt they will hold well in Iceland. :)

i got the heather grey and black leggings. i ordered a size small as i am 5'6 and weight 105 pounds. they're a tiny bit snug as i am right in between sizes. very nice quality, stretchy, and not see through. breathable too, perfect for outdoor exercising

Great base layer for skiing. Also great for running in winter. This is my second pair.

These tights are comfortable but have a super low waist so I had to upsize, making them not have a lot of compression. I kept them because warm winter running pants are hard to find.

Nice and warm! And very stretchy! I like how soft the material is - not very compressive if that’s what you need. The hips and waist don’t flatter - so I’m going to wear these under some running skirts and shorts. I have a number of tights that are more flattering - but not as warm as these. Would be great under a looser pant if you need to layer.

The fit was fine (I am between a 2-4 in pants and I chose a size small) however, I didn't think these were particularly warm. I am an outdoor cold-weather runner and insulation is key. These didn't seem like they would provide that so I returned them.
