This belt is stylish, but the quality is poor the brown leather is peeling off on the top. This is the second belt I have purchased from Johnston & Murphy and it is falling apart with limited wear. I would pass on purchasing this belt. The quality is very poor.

Belt cracked and separated less than 12 months after purchase. Not even near daily wear on this belt. I am someone who polishes my own shoes regularly and takes pride in my clothing. Very disappointing. In addition to the leather cracking, the finishing has worn off significantly. Is this J&M quality? This, along with a pair of monk straps, was my first and last J&M purchase. I have 5 belts from another shoemaker which get more wear than this belt and have held up. I am just now getting around to writing this review, but I would say this belt lasted ~12 months of 2x a week wear.

Looks good, while it lasts. Like another reviewer, this one cracked on the backside after a little over a year's worth of wear at about two times per week. The cracked leather occurred at the belt hole and upon close inspection, it appears that underneath the leather, there is some sort of card board or cloth material. This means the belt isn't 100% leather throughout, but is only leather that covers some other material. I would not recommend this belt for long term wear.

This just arrived a couple of weeks ago, but it looks and feels great! It's a little stiff, but that is what you should expect from genuine leather. It will take some time to break in.

Fantastic belt and easy to get on and off. Bends well and stress of everyday use still looks good with no cress.

Been looking for a while now for a great belt and came across this feathered edge style. Love the color and matches great with my JM dress shoes. Ordered black and tan, would highly recommend and the customer service is always excellent!

Beautiful leather belt that is a good deep brown color, doesn't have orange hues like many brown leather belts. Some brown leather belts are more tan or a saddle color, this one is a true brown color, on the darker side but not too dark that it appears black. JM ships quickly and returns, if necessary, are very easy. Great online purchase experience.
