They sent me a pair that had been worn. Creases in them even toe imprints, no shoe box, spot of dried something on the zipper pull and scuffs on the bottom. Very disappointed but my daughter doesn't want to risk not having shoes if we send back... this has happened before with ordering kids shoes. Really don't like spending that much on kid shoes only to receive worn shoes.
