The manufacturer is lying, saying that the shoes are warm at -20C. The capes do not have a warm lining, so the toes freeze very quickly. The shoes are very well made, very beautiful. But not for severe frosts. I wear 9(42), bought 42 and they are a bit big.

I ordered every nice moc toe boot on here (sorry Zappos!) and chose these ones. Great quality and style, nice soft leather. These are definitely more on the casual side but look great in a place like Colorado. Much more comfortable than the ones that are real work boots and are the right balance as well - nice boot but don't look like a poser in your red wings with no dirt on your clothes.

I am very pleased with these boots! They are well constructed, quality leather and are a good blend of style and practicality. Extremely comfortable. As with most boots, I ordered a size smaller (9 rather than 10) and the fit was perfect.

Was on the fence about getting the Red Wing moc toe and these. Went with these as they provide a more polished look while still keeping a “rugged” aesthetic. They’re also comfortable and light compared to the other options. Another great feature is that they’re weatherproof, so that’s always a plus.
