This boot was cut to narrow am so angry because I was told I can't return them

These Ugg boots are very nice and stylish. I love the inside lining. However, there is no forgiveness in the restoration of cleaning the shoes.

The Kristin style boot runs narrow. I like the feminine casual cut. Great boot with jeans!

They are not comfortable like my other UGGS. I thought they would be, but they're too tight- and they're even a size 8. I am disappointed.

They're really cute boots, but way too narrow for normal feet.i was very disappointed & gave them to a friend with smaller feet. I don't have wide feet, but these are definitely made only got narrow, narrow feet.

Like the feel and look, i normally wear a 7 in uggs, but since these are narrow I went with 7.5 , they are almost too snug, i tried on an 8 in the store, after i got them online, and the 8 felt better but it also felt like after they got adjusted to my feet, that they would fall off, because of the open slit on the side.

I got these cause of the slim look and I love it! Because they are a narrow fit I went a half size up. I am looking to purchase in another color but this time I'm going a whole size up.

These are nice boots, but they were too narrow in the toe box for me, so I returned them.

these shoes are very comfortable,and they are waterproof.Which is good,the problem about these shoes are that they are not breathable,and heavy

So sad to return them, adorable color just not wide enough for my feet.

I'm hoping these boots I purchased are water resistant since I now see that they come like that? Can't really comment since they are winter boots & haven't worn them just tried them on, actually.

I normally do not write reviews but on this product, I am writing to reach out to an UGG design team in my hope to make a good pair of Kristin to be a better pair. I anticipated highly on Kristin, but unfortunately I was disappointed. First, what is good about this new pair is that it has a 1.5 inch heel with a little more arch support. These are important factors in a pair of good shoes that gives support, comfort and looks. However, what is NOT working for Kristin is that the toe box area is too tight and it hurts; the ankle area is too lose and the boot keeps coming off whenever I make a step. If these two issues can be addressed for next season, Kristin will be a perfect pair indeed. Thank you for considering my feedback.

I love these slimmed down Uggs, but I'll have to try a few sizes to see if any of them will fit my feet. I have a medium to slightly narrow foot, so I thought these were made for me. I normally wear a size 8 in shoes. I'm a 7.5 in Classic Uggs and an 8 in those that fit true to size, so I ordered an 8 in the Classic Slim. My toes were pushing against the front of the boot, but my right heel slipped when I walked. They also just felt uncomfortable on both feet. I've never had this experience with Uggs. I love the look and want a pair so badly, but I think I'll have to go into a store and try a few sizes in different colors to see if the fit is different. I bought these in a 9.5 for my daughter, who wears a 9 in a shoe, but has wide feet. I was a afraid they'd be too narrow, but she loves them! So, I'd say size up a half to full size if your foot is wide. I'd give them 5 stars for looks, but have to go with 3 for the unpredictable fit.

These are cute and I want to reorder, but they are so narrow.. I wish I would have read reviews that stated that before I ordered them

I was so disappointed when my Kristin Uggs came. I had not read the reviews and didn't know to order a larger size, so they are too small for me. I am disappointed that I have to send them back. But, I take heart in knowing that one lucky customer will have them, since they are sold out completely. I bought them for my daughter's birthday and wondered why she asked for a 1/2 size larger. Now I know! Oh well, at least I can send them back and hope to have a pair in the future. I guess I'll have to wait until next year. But, I love this boot!

These boots are only Oprah's favorite. Not as warm as previous styles. They are going back.

I love the shearling comfort of UGGS but they typically did not offer the arch support I need so I would buy another brand that did have the arch support. When I saw the Kristen boot I really loved the style because my foot is narrow and there's a nice heel and good support. When the boots arrived, the left one slipped on easily and felt great. The right boot is tighter around the ankle and shaft area so it is REALLY hard to get on. When I do get it on after 5 minutes (not kidding), I really like the way they feel and the support they give. I did not send them back because I am hoping the right one will eventually stretch a bit but I can tell by looking at it that it was stitched smaller then the left boot. Unfortunately, they don't make things they way they used to but still charge the same amount. I probably won't buy UGGS again because quality is going down hill.

I really like the boot but had to return it for a 1/2 size larger. It runs very small and narrow. Hopefully the new size will work as I love the boot! Support seems good and I'm hoping they are as comfortable as them seem!

I normally wear a 7 in Classic Boots. The 7's in these seemed a bit short and way too narrow. Granted they're called "Slims" but I do not have a wide foot. I'm hoping that sizing up to 7.5 will help. Super cute style.

These boots run a size smaller than your normal size.

I love this new style because it doesn't look like the typical UGG moonboot. However, the design change means the front is very narrow. I'm a size 7, regular width, in every shoe I own- ballet flats, boots, other Uggs, sneakers...I'm always a 7. These boots didn't fit. The narrow front means the front of your foot is tight but the heel slips because it's too wide. A larger size would be too big altogether. Super disappointed and therefore returning. Still, good product, cute shoe. I would still recommend if you know you have a narrow foot.

I had to return this purchase. I couldn't even get the boot on my foot. I was so disappointed!! I decided it's very difficult to order shoes online.
