The way the Velcro closures are made is stupid. Instead of having Velcro across the whole top, it’s only on part of it, making it difficult to fasten. They keep coming unfastened. I won’t buy this brand again.

got these for my 3 year old so can't really speak to whether they "felt true to size/width/arch support" BUT they are super cute BUT they also have started to rip and come apart and it's only been a month so... not very pleased with my purchase.

These are cute and comfortable and easy for my child to put on and take off by themselves, but one shoe developed a giant hole after 2-3 months of normal wear (mostly indoors, a little playground play, not worn every day/alternated with my child’s other shoes). This was disappointing because as an adult, I’ve owned this brand for years and never had this problem!

Super cute shoe, but way to narrow. Can barely close the strap. Getting returned.

My son is outgrowing his size 6 so I order him this in 7. It doesn't fit - it's too small!!! So frustrated that this runs small. Also as others pointed out, the velcro strap is short and doesn't go over to the other side of his foot. I will be returning this and looking for something else.

Less than a month and these shoes have fallen apart. The straps split so the top pulled away from Velcro. My son has worn holes in both shoes—I have bought cheap sneakers In the last and didn’t see this. They should last more than a month—super disappointing.

Ordered these for my 5 year old son in size 11. Great looking shoe but he found them way too tight, even though he had room for his toes. I had not found in the past that he has a wide foot but we could not close the velcro over his foot. I would suggest ordering a size up if you want them!

Very cute shoe which is why I purchased it for my 2 year old but the wide was NOT at all wide. If you are shopping for a cute sneaker and your fit is narrow, then this is perfect. If not, then stay away-we couldn't even get it on his foot!

Loved the look of these shoes, but they are very narrow and short. You will want to order a size up and if for a toddler with a little fat on their feet a wide would be best. I went with a different type of shoe upon return of this pair.

These shoes seemed small for the toddler size 5, wide that we ordered. They were extremely difficult to even get on my son's feet, who fits into a size 4W in Stride Rite shoes.

Bought for 22month old, and as other reviews have stated, the velcro strap was too short to close. Like, at all. I couldn't even get the strap to reach the velcro! I don't think it's a width issue; he's got wide feet, and the medium width shoe fit him fine. I think it has to do with the thickness of his foot, from the sole to above the arch. I imagine this is more of a problem with younger walkers, as their feet seem to flatten out a bit with age. Also, just fyi, the sole of the shoe is very inflexible, if you're purchasing for early walkers. The shoes were super cute, though!

It fell apart in 4 months :( Not good quality.

I bought these for my son in hopes they would fit correctly. Unfortunately, they did not. The velcro does not close over the width of his foot, and the sneaker itself is tough to get on. I will be exchanging for a 1/2 size up, as well as a wide width.

I like the style but they run way too narrow (even the wide ones were too narrow for my toddler and he doesn’t even have chubby feet). The plae brand definitely fits him better. Won’t buy this again. He wore them once and that was it.

These shoes seemed great for my pre-schooler, but they got a hole in them within TWO MONTHS, which is fast, even for pre-schooler shoes. The hole is in the suede part near the big toe.

These shoes feel true to size but the width is terribly off. Ordered in a 6W for my son and the velcro doesn't even close halfway across the top of the shoe. I can't imagine how the M width fits. Might just be cut for very narrow feet.

I got these for my grandson. He wears an 8, but I wanted them wider so I ordered a 9 because wides were not available. this shoe measured the same as 8.

These shoes are more narrow than desired. When the shoe is on the strap does not go all the way across the foot. You will have to pull the strap very tight for it to adhere correctly. We ordered similar shoes from the New Balance brand and the strap was long enough to close the show without making the shoe narrow.

We have purchased two pairs of these shoes for our 4-5 year old, but don't seem to learn. We keep buying due to price and style, but the strap is far too short. The velcro is exposed and pickups hair, dirt, etc. and becomes gross. It also doesn't remain latched due to poor connection. I think these will be our last pair. Too bad because the do look cool.

Ordered wide shoe for my son and shoe arrived so narrow that I couldn't even properly buckle shoe. Would not recommend this brand for wide shoes!

I wasn't really impressed with this shoe. It showed wear very quickly, the velcro was hard to match up properly, and it seemed to run really big and wide. My son's heel (which, to be fair is a bit on the narrower side) had a whole finger of extra space all around it. The only thing I liked about it was the sole, which seemed to be a good thickness.

I had to wash these shoes because as toddlers go...they get shoes dirty pretty quickly. As soon as I washed them one time, all the color bled out. They were dull, old and terrible looking. I have never been pleased with them since. Every time I put them on, they look like something that has come out of a thrift store .25 cent bin. I've seen better looking shoes in the trash. I'm really unhappy with the fading of these shoes. Other than that, the velcro doesn't completely crossover either, unless you want your kids foot so tightly bound in these shoes that they are in tears. It's ridiculous. I will never buy this brand ever again.

These are adorable but super narrow. I can barely close the Velcro closure over my little guy's feet. Plus when we put his foot in them the back heel tends to collapse. Cute shoes but I would t buy them again.
