My son wears an 8 so I bought an 8.5 and they were almost too small. Hell maybe get a month out of them before he can't wear them anymore. Not happy. But no time to return.

Unfortunately I will be returning these. Even though I purchased wide width they aren’t ‘tall’ enough for my sons chubby foot. His foot goes in fine, but the Velcro can barely close over the top of his foot, leaving lots of exposed Velcro, so that won’t work. They are so cute though.

My 4-year-old needs a wide fitting and that is weirdly hard to find for a decent price, so I was excited to find these on sale. These are really cute and seem great quality, but a 10W fitted like a standard 10 at best. And the style of closure means unless the whole tab goes across the whole shoe, it looks wrong and isn't secure, so no good for a higher arch either. New Balance wide fittings work for us so I'll have to stick to those.

Usually love and this style is all that I buy my kids but one of the sneakers has some kind of bump in the padding that makes my twins fight over who has to wear that shoe.

These shoes are stylish and sporty, and my son really wanted to keep them. However, the velcro tab on the top of the shoe is not long enough to wrap all the way across the foot when the shoe is worn. Perhaps my son has really high arches, I don't know. But it didn't give me confidence that they would stay on or not pick up a lot of lint.

Seem to fit fine and be comfortable - our little guy runs around plenty in these with no complaints - BUT less than 5 months in, the velcro started separating from the rest of the strap (on both shoes). Pretty annoying, and reflects lower quality than I initially realized with these shoes, or expected from this brand. I have glued the velcro back to the straps with Shoe-Goo, but I don't expect this temporary fix to last long. Won't buy again due to this manufacturing issue, unfortunately.

I don't understand why they make their shoes so narrow and the Velcro strap so short. My son doesn't have wide feet at all, but I can barely Velcro it. Sadly, I won't be purchasing kid shoes from here again and I think the company should make some changes, because it seems to be a common theme with reviews. Also, they should have a better size guide like every other shoe company.

These shoes are very stylish and comfortable, but too narrow. I have never had to buy wide width shoes for my son before and he has pretty slim feet so I was surprised that the velcro strap didn’t reach all the way across. Would probably avoid buying this brand again unless we have the chance to try them on in person at a store.

Ordered these for my 4 year old who was super excited about the getting them in green. He has "normal" feet and we have never had to purchase wide shoes for him, but these shoes in a normal width were far too narrow. The strap would not even close. He is crushed to return them. They are cute, but poorly sized in the width.

I ordered these for my almost 5-year old son, who is a size 9 and has a wider foot. I ordered a 9.5 Wide, and these fit very snugly on him. Like other reviews indicated, the velcro strap doesn't shut all the way. This isn't a big deal to me though, as long as it can velcro shut in some capacity. My son says they make him run faster and jump higher, which may or may not be true. I wish some of the other colors were available in Wide.

Nice shoe that looks great on my little one but the shoe itself is not very well designed with toddler in mind. The front of shoe narrows making it very tight even if you order Wide. Had to return a size 6.5 M to get a 7 W but it's still tight at the nose end. When compared to a pair of another leading German brand size 7 for toddlers the difference was quite evident: lack of width in the front. Another annoying fact is that the velcro is too short and you can hardly completely close it, leaving quite a bit of the velcro exposed - this was another feature the German brand had taken into account with longer velcro straps for growing feet. My 2 yr old will have to wear this with super thin socks to fit but will most likely be left for his younger brother to wear. Shame for such a nice looking shoe.
