I love Alegria shoes and own several. I always order the same size, but with this pair, I had to order a size smaller. For those looking for a stiff sole, these are pretty stiff but does bend slightly up top. You can feel where the two fabrics meet, which I'm not a particular fan of.

Nice and dressy. But just felt too clunky and I love clunky. Too big. Sizing with Alegria is really hard to figure between different styles.

This Awesome shoe just didn't work for my needs. It wasn't comfortable for me.

I LOVE Zappo's. the customer service is wonderful and their prompt shipping and return policies are just the best.The shoes are very cute but,unfortunately, they did not fit me correctly. I will definitely continue ordering from Zappo's,however. So nice to be able to have a great shopping experience with such a reliable and customer friendly company.

Beautiful shoe, but size 36 isntoo long if you normally wear 5-1/2 to 6. Might be OK if you wear socks. The arch toward the heel end of the foot is a bit too high and feels hard. I also ordered Maya in size 35 which seems to be the perfect length, but the hard arch issue still remains. Not sure if I will keep the size 35. To get a feel for Alegria's sizing, I also ordered Paloma in 35W and this fit perfectly well without the hard arch. My thinking is that Alegria's sizing might be all over the map and depends on the STYLE not the manufacturer of the shoe.

I had high hopes for this shoe based on other reviews, so I was sad to find they didn't fit as well as I'd hoped. I am a 37 in other shoes, but these felt a little too long and a little too wide, so my foot slid around in them even with tights. I've gone back to my old favorite - Dansko Sam!

I like these shoes but am not able to get the right fit. Normally I wear 6.5 and Alegria size 36 worked for me. In this style the 36 was too short so I tried the 37 which is too big. I really wish Alegria made shoes in half sizes so I could get a good fit.

Cute shoes! I ordered the size I usually wear in Alegria but these are too short. will reorder next size up.

Loved the style, but the fit did not work for me. There was a hard bump in the middle of my arch. It hurt to try to walk. I was very disapointed because there were so cute!!

Usually wear 8 1/2, ordered up 1 size and still too short. Will try a 9 1/2 because I like the show for work.

I was disappointed in the fit of these shoes. I have the Ella 2 from a year or two ago, and had hoped that these would have the same fit, but they felt wider and a tad shorter than the Ellas. My foot felt like it was sliding forward, and my toes were touching the front of the shoe. I didn't love the way they looked, but I am desperate to find some shoes that aren't athletic shoes that I can wear with anything, and that won't hurt my feet. This one, just walking around for a few minutes in the house, activated my Morton's neuroma immediately. Sad face.

Shoes felt loose. Had to use full length insert. Initially, felt uncomfortable on my feet. Then better. Then worse, digging in here, then there. If I have to do a lot of walking or standing, I can not wear these shoes.

I bought these shoes based on the many favorable reviews, but they are quite uncomfortable. They dig in to the sides of my feet, don't have much padding inside and my feet move around in them. I have already worn them outside, so imagine I can't return them. Hoping if I wear them a few more times, they'll be broken in, but in the meantime, I will have to suffer wearing them. Very disappointing. My foot also appears quite small in them.

I have at least 6 pair of Allegria shoes; sandals, clogs and Mary Jane styles and love all them all. This is the first pair I have ever had to return. They ran incredibly small. I hope Algeria has not made changes with their sizing. These are really pretty...maybe I will reorder and go at least half size up.

I was sent the wrong shoe, and then when I reached out to customer service was told they are all out of the shoe I ordered. Guess I'll have to go through Amazon Prime. :-(
