I bought these and the Volcom Sub Zero Shoes for my husband. He said the Sub Zero were more comfortable, and I thought the Sub Zero were better looking, so we returned these and kept the VOlcom Sub Zero... and like always, Zappos was easy and awesome with the return!

I always get a 1/2 size smaller in boots than sneakers, in doing so I got the perfect fit. These boots are extremely good looking, feel great, and really well built. A steal at their price if you ask me.
I'd also recommend:
Adidas, Nike, Vans.

Took an afternoon of breaking in, but awesome after that. I stand at my desk all day and they felt great and provided all the support I need. Looks great with more casual Khaki's or dress pants. (not a good fit for a suit though).

I love these boots. Very comfortable and roomy. They look simple but really good - gotten compliments from both friends and my older family members. I needed to replace my Dr. Martens and these were exactly what I wanted (tried getting new Dr.'s, but they were nowhere near as good). Only knock on them is the tread is not great for snow. I'll wear more functional boots for that, but they'll do for the short walks into the building and when it's cold but no snow on the ground.

Fit seemed snug, specifically around the toe area. I have never bought wide fit shoes before, but I would probably have gone a half size larger than my usual size 8. (I wear in 8 in Nike SB's and in Timberland work boots). Boots are not water proof, but they do claim to be water resistant. These boots are mostly for style, and go great with black and indigo slim fit jeans. I have gotten a compliment on them every time I have worn them so far

Quality feels cheap. Wouldn't use for major activities such as hiking. This boot is more for fashion then use. I should have bought different ones. Volcolm should've made these into high tops and lower the price by 50 to a 100 dollars.

These "boots" are more for fashion then practicality. The bottom of the shoes feel cheap like basic running shoes. They really feel like a rip-off. If you're looking to do some physical activity. I would recommend looking elsewhere. My old pair of timbs are better than these.

They look great. You cannot fit an orthodontic in these. They have a squishy sole which is very comfy. There is not a whole lot of room in the toe. My problem with these is that they rub my shin real bad to the point where I cannot wear them at all. Its just on the left side so I dont know if its just this pair but its a real bummer

Bought these for work. I spend a lot of time on my feet, and have worn many different brands. These are the worst work boots I have ever had. I've invested a lot in new insoles and nothing seems to help. I've ordered wolverine boots to replace these. In the past I've worn 5.11, worx brand, and danner. These by no small margine are the worst! They do look good if that is all you want.
I'd also recommend:
5.11, danner, bellville
