I bought these socks because they were the same brand and size (kids' size large) as the purple ones (also kids' size large) I bought last year. See photo. However, the new ones were smaller than the ones I ordered last year. After I washed them (the same way I washed and dried the purple ones from last year, they were way too small.) Loved the purple ones from last year. Unable to wear the new gray ones from this year. See photo.

The material was thinner and not as warm as the same socks, the same color, and the same size as socks I bought last year from my local sporting goods store. This year they did not have them, so I ordered direct online. A big mistake.
